Breeze Suites Moderne

I moved to Breeze Suites from NY last year. I find it to be so comfortable living here, the apartments are pleasant and well designed. I was so happy I could find a place to just move into, and be settled in so quickly. I find Jason the the owner to be very helpful, any questions or concerns, he always responds quickly. Before moving in I appreciated his honesty in describing the different units, and their locations in the building. All of his help made my transition all that much easier. Also if there is ever any maintenance necessary, Louis is the super is great!
I am really enjoying living here, for me a big part of it is how well the building is run. The location is amazing, so close to everything, and the ocean breeze is lovely, a wonderful place to live!

After moving far away, first to the San Francisco Bay Area, then to the East Coast, I’ve been reminiscing a lot about how much I loved living here. This place was by far the nicest apartment I’ve ever lived in. I moved out at the end of 2005, but back then it was very affordable ($ 1250/​month for a studio). It was in a very convenient location (can you believe that in LA, I hardly ever drove? lol). The 3^rd Street Promenade, the Pier and the ocean are just down the street and basically there are an endless number of grocery stores, bakeries, a really nice YMCA, the library, etc. all within a short walk away. The 10 freeway and PCH are both less than 2 minutes away so it makes commuting very easy, and LAX is about 20 minutes away.
The actual building is quite nice. It’s very clean and modern, with a secured parking garage underneath. There is a gorgeous rooftop deck where you can star gaze for hours. There is also a small gym and a laundry facility inside. It also happens to sit right above Juliano’s Raw, so if you ever crave something raw and vegan it’s just an elevator ride away.
The residents in the building pretty much keep to themselves and it seems that most of them are young, single professionals so they keep the place pretty quiet and clean. The landlord, Jason (don’t know if he’s still there), was also great. Although he wasn’t around much, he was always prompt to respond to any questions or concerns I had.
