BTC Elements

Updating: BTC was sitting pretty with me until my latest order. They do have delivery confirmation on everything they send however this doesn’t do any good if the postal service scanned the item and never actually delivered the parcel. After a couple of trips to the local post office and a lot of frustration I finally got my mail but signature confirmation/​insurance would have avoided the aggravation and (in theory) delivered the item to my hands only. There wasn’t much BTC could do since on their end the computer said it was delivered but I felt kinda left out in the cold, customer-​service wise.
Original review: With a plethora of eco-​minded online shops, it’s easy to see the same items everywhere you go. BTC does a pretty good job of bringing it all stylishly together with unique clothes, gifts and one-​of-​a-​kind dresses. Pricey? A little, but shipping was fast, and my dress is organic and sweatshop-​free. Catching it while it was on sale also added to the happy factor.
Their earring selection is choice and the clothes are earth-​friendly without looking granola. There’s not too much in the way of guy gear. If you’re on the mailing list you get a heads-​up on sales and promos. There are especially nice sales around holiday time.

MIma is right… This place is so so so cute. Plus, they have organic coats and dresses, items a lot of other organic/​natural clothing lines and stores don’t have!
They don’t seem to have any undergarments here or basics like tees. This is an organic fashion store at its best… the price is really high, but you can find sales a lot of the time. It’s really worth it sometimes to dish out the money for the clothes here. I feel excited just walking around in them!
