This was an amazing experience. I’d never done yoga before. Not in any form. BYOM is an exceptional entry, presenting a varied class that wasn’t easy but wasn’t impossible either. (The class was structured in such a way that a beginner like myself could keep up, yet our teacher was clearly very advanced.) I was able to push myself and learn why I was doing what I was doing and how it would actually benefit me.
Patrick is an excellent teacher as he started simple and moved us along at a pace that was challenging while giving me the confidence to push myself.
DEFINITELY going back.
