Interesting experience to say the least. Ended up coming here to fix a broken tooth in a pitch. I can say hand on heart, I’ve never seen a dental office so dated. It was quite scary looking, old furniture, carpet, fixtures and what looked like ancient equipment. I was clearly desperate. All this said, the dentist himself did get the job done and it stayed in tack for a few months, hence the two stars. But, the receptionist seemed, from the beginning, quite flustered and disorganized which was later proven. Four months ago, she took my payment and told me she would bill my insurance that following Monday. If payment from insurance arrived, I’d be reimbursed. I called to follow up and received no answer. I gave up. Well, four months later I get a note saying the insurance paid out in part but still no contact or check from said receptionist. When I called, I was told by same receptionist, oh I went ahead and put it down as a credit in your account. Really??? Why? And who authorized that?! Unethical if you ask me since that assumes I’m an ongoing patient… with ESP! No thank you!
