It’s true, I haven’t seen anyone else at the salon but I had Brittanie and let me tell you — she is a miracle worker! She kept saying how much she loves what she does and doing hair is her passion — a rare and extremely valuable quality to have in a hairdresser. She moved from SF and still drives down there once a month to do her clients hair — that’s how good she is!
I got the lifebooker deal of $ 100 partial highlights & cut. She decided to help me out with balayage highlights, took direction really well and confidently did my thick unruly hair in under 2 hours with a perfect blow dry to top it off. Wonderful experience and wonderful hair, I’m just so happy I found someone good & reliable!

Brittanie gives an amazing cut AND color. It’s a subtlety amazing cut. She’s constantly learning new techniques and I can tell how my hair falls. She specializes in women’s cuts — no bridal, men’s, etc. She’s very passionate about what she does and she has a gift. The vibe of FRAMED is perfect for me. Quiet —not a lot of hustle and bustle of the larger salons. You can also book your appointments online. Free parking in the back! I 100% recommend FRAMED and Brittanie if you want to go in have an expert take care of your hair. Best cut and color I’ve ever had. Very natural. Just what I wanted it.

I went in for a haircut with Lindsey, everything seemed fine until I got home and took a closer look at my cut, I have several bald spots on my left and right side. Did not trim around the ears correctly as how a hair stylist is supposed to. Simply the job overall looks like a mess and not clean. Just as a suggestion if you do not know how to cut men’s hair, please don’t do it and especially when they charged you 50 $ and let you leave the hair salon just like that. Very disappointed

Magic happens here. This is my second time at the salon and I have nothing but glowing reviews. The price point is great, customer service is Canadian (super awesome) and I’ve always felt taken care of. The first time I came was for a deep condition and press, and I actually came on the wrong day! The team did their best to accommodate me and worked me inbetween other clients! The last time i was there, I got a Brazilian blowout. I had gotten one before at another place and had a super bad experience. I’m talking solution in my eye, ripping through hair, upcharging… It was a mess. I’ve never had someone be so gentle with my 4c superthick hair AND get the job done! Angel is an angel! The dedication is amazing, and they have parking. Thank you!!!

I just got back from my second session with Lindsey and I never want to use another hairstylist again! She is incredibly talented and gets me the results I’m looking for, even when I don’t think they’re possible. She’s also easy to coordinate with and unbelievably accomodating in terms of schedule. I love that I can text her and she’ll set me up with an appointment. :) I definitely recommend her!

Lindsey is your go to girl for all things hair! Cut, color, up dos, styling, she’s AMAZING! Plus she’s always good covno and makes you feel comfortable! You will not be disappointed!

I have been getting my hair done every 6 – 8 weeks for over 20 years. No one, not a single stylist has gotten my hair color spot-​on right the way Andi Scarbrough has. I have very dark hair, and she has lifted it to exactly the proper shade without a hint of orange or brassiness, plus gorgeous highlights. My hair has been in much better condition since I’ve been going to her. Twice so far. The real test is always how your hair looks and feels weeks after your salon visit, and my hair has been healthy and shiny ever since both times. She’s an expert colorist, almost like a mad scientist! And being the VERY picky client that I am, with years and years of experience in the client chair, I know she uses high-​quality products, because again, my hair feels great. I’m glad I discovered her and know I will always be in good hands with Andi.

Lindsey is the best. She has been doing my hair for several years and is seriously the Type As person haircutter. She makes your look amazing and she can even keep her books, be on time and make your hair look like it is utter perfection all the time. I have recently started going to her for my cut and color as well and I am so happy about where my base is in terms of color and how absolutely adorable I look all the time!
In defense of my adorable nature, she only helps, but she is chill, her skills are on point and the salon is adorable. Don’t believe me? Check out the photos. Also, there is a cribs fridge full of beverages!

I have been going to Angel Prado for a few years now, and he is the most talented hairstylist I have ever been to. His cuts grow out beautifully, his color is perfect (he’s taken me from bright red hair to brown to blonde seamlessly), and his prices are extremely fair. Plus he’s a lovely human being! I struggled for years trying to find a great hairstylist in Los Angeles, and I feel extremely lucky to have found Angel! I send every one of my friends to him, and I would recommend him for all hair types and colors.

Gwen is fantastic! I found her on Instagram and I’m so glad I did. She is able to give me the perfect bleach and tone, is super attentive to feedback as well as fun! She even does a great job with my husbands men’s cut.

Had a sudden urge to do something to my hair, so I booked an appointment with Angel. I showed him a few pictures of what color/​style I was interested in and we went from there. Through out the entire process he remained friendly and pleasent. He kept me informed the entire time and let me know exactly what he was doing. I was extremely happy with the end result and have received many compliments on Angels amazing work on my hair. I would definitely recommend booking an appointment with Angel.

I love this salon! I always get a great haircut and it’s super affordable. I always go to Gwen and she is awesome. Also, the head massages during the hair washing is so luxurious.

GO See Gwen she is the best! Nothing but good things to say about her, the women in my office now go see her because they saw my hair and loved it!

I came here for the first time Thursday and Angel cut my hair. He did a great job! I love it. My hair was very damaged and he gave me some great tips on products and softened it up. I couldn’t afford the Pureology items he recommended that day, so he gave me some samples to take home and try which was really nice. I also got a sparkling water while I got my haircut. The salon was clean and has its own parking lot in the back, which was also nice. 5 stars!

I’m from Dallas and travel a lot to LA. Every time I’m in town I get my hair done by Gwen. She’s hands down the best.

I love going to see Andi Scarbrough, and I always leave in a great mood… which has not always been the case when I’ve tried other stylists in LA. She listens and talks to you about what you want, so in her hands, you’ll never again end up in one of those horror-​story sob fests over your hair. When in doubt, if I ask her to do whatever she thinks, it always looks and feels beautiful. My hair always grows out really well, too.
I have thin hair, and Andi makes me feel comfortable and makes me look my best, which is no small feat. And, as someone who normally sits awkwardly and silently in the chair, Andi may be the first stylist I’ve actually chatted with. She can put anyone at ease, and she gives great hair tips and advice on anything you might be wondering about.
I’ve been going to Andi over the years, and am glad to see her now at Framed Salon (which she co-​owns).

Brittanie is the best! I first came to her with a promo deal, and now I’ll never stop going. I have long curly hair that she expertly cuts. Not everyone is comfortable dealing with curly treated hair, but Brittanie knows exactly what she’s doing. She also does a great job at styling my hair once it’s been cut.
A salon bonus is the free parking lot in the back. Accessible from Yorkshire Avenue.

Angel is absolutely wonderful! A true talent. As a makeup artist and hair stylist I am very picky and have seen a lot of stylists work out there.
I met Angel 5 years ago on a job and ever since then he’s been doing my hair and I hire him to work with me on all my jobs. I trust him, he’s my go-​to, the hair wizard I will always refer. He’s a good listener and communicator, he delivers what you have in mind. He is constantly keeping up with the latest in hair education and showing me new tricks
He recently cut my hair, and I was most impressed, he used new layering techniques he learned in NY and it was AMAZING! Exactly what I needed, movement and layers. Bonus– the products he uses are Vegan and Eco friendly! I’m hooked on Pureology. I love seeing Angel, I always leave feeling like a Hot Tamale!

I have been seeing Anti since 2008 and have gotten to know her a bit more every year. She has a great eye for what’s modern yet classic, she really listens to what you want and makes it even better. She can do your basic layers and she have me a great bob w bangs when I decided to donate my hair and do a big change. She is genuinely fantastic and she is a smart business woman to boot! I am very picky and I am lucky to have found her.
