Dr. Phil Goglia is one of the best health professionals I have encountered. He has a PhD in nutrition and is extremely knowledgable in his craft. I have been on his program for four months. Under his care I have transitioned from 19.5% body fat to 8.2%. Currently in my fifties, I have never been this lean and fit in my life. I feel great in the morning and my cycling endurance has improved. Dr. Goglia himself is a cyclist and is knowledgable on the sport as well. I recommend him for anyone who has been unsuccessful in shedding fat weight with pop-culture diets. His program really works. I have a PhD in physics and I find many medical doctors unsatisfactory because they cannnot answer all of my technical health questions. Dr. Goglia has a logical explanation for all of his recommendations.
