This is really great program. I met some great people and the mediation and light yoga after the hike made for a great Sunday. Looking forward to doing another soon.

Today was my first hike with Jennifer, she rocked it! The hike was amazing and she was a delight. Everyone in our group had a great time and we will definitely be hiking with her more!

Jennifer MacDonnell did a fantastic job! We asked if we could collaborate with Hiking with Heart to put on a fundraiser for our psychological association, and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome of the event. The day started with a light breakfast and lecture on Self-Care, then yoga, followed by the beautiful hike at Temescal Gateway Park. We had a great turn out, and the our group really enjoyed the day. There were a couple opportunities to take some beautiful pictures as well. The view from the trail is amazing! Thank you, Hiking with Heart!
