I had to come here for a drug screening for a job. It’s located in a medical building on the second floor next to the elevator – not the easiest place to find. Walk-​ins are welcome, but I would call beforehand to see what the wait time is like. When I first arrived, the place was empty, but when I left, almost every chair in the waiting area was occupied.
It seems like the place is understaffed. There is only one girl who works the front desk and collects samples for the drug screening – I hope she washes her hands! Service was meh– not friendly but not offensive either.
The facilities are clean and I bestow on them an extra star for that. It seems that most people there are working professionals acquiring a drug screening for a job, like me. I didn’t feel like I contracted a disease during the hour that I was there, so that’s a relief.

I think I’m extremely generous by only giving this location one star!
What a horrible experience! I went to this location on Tues., 6÷24÷14 for drug screening for a prospective employer. I tried to set up an appointment online, but I had difficulties with their website. As soon as I arrived at this location, I knew that it wasn’t going to be a good experience.
The tech (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name) wasn’t that pleasant. When I asked how long the appointment would take, she said that there were several people ahead of me, some with appointments and some without appointments. Their website clearly mentions that it is a walk in facility for drug screening & blood work. Long story short, ½ hour later, I’m still waiting in the lobby & there isn’t any communication/​acknowledgement from this person. I had purposely made sure to drink enough water so that I would be able to do the urine testing. Finally, at 2:40 pm she calls me in to the room. She locks up my purse in a locker while I go into the bathroom to do the urine sample. When I’m finished, I ask her how long it will take to get the results. She mumbles in a rude manner of saying «24 — 48 hours». While I was waiting, I filled out a comment card describing my dissatisfaction with the service.
I followed up with the Human Resources person from the prospective employer & she was able to tell me that the results were sent to her office & that everything is clean.
This office is clearly understaffed for the number of customers that they have coming in. Management needs to speak with this person about her lack of professionalism, courtesy & compassion.
In the future, if I ever need lab work done, I’ll be sure to go to another facility.
