Love their pumpkin curry, curry puffs, green curry and fried rice! All taste great! For Thai food, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but my wife doesn’t get hives from their food. Other Thai joints on Lincoln have some sort of combination of MSG and something else that causes her reaction. This place is solves our westside needs for Thai. You’ll need to be a bit pro-active in getting service here. No matter who your waitress or waiter is, there seems to be an invisible wall between wait staff and customers here. Nonetheless, the food is good! Will be back soon!!!

First time checking this place out. The food was really flavorful. The noddles were a bit too oily. I definitely recommend it. Good prices also.

I ordered Pad Thai based on the good reviews. These people have obviously never had good Pad Thai. I asked that it be a «little tiny bit spicy» — but it’s so spicy, i can’t eat it. The bill for chicken satay and an order of Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp(only two shrimp and the tail was on and they were not even seasoned) and two diet cokes was $ 21.30. There was more tofu in there than anything else. I will never order from them again… when i looked closer at the reviews, one said«best Pad Thai — with the qualification«on the westside» So keep that in mind. We don’t have good chinese or thai on the Westside. I should have ordered from Chan Dara… it was better than this.

Very tasty! Portion sizes were a little small, but full of flavor. I had the Red Curry w/Prawn, and my friend had the Duck Curry. Both delicious

This is some White People Thai Food. The larb did not contain nearly enough lime juice or chilis, and was devoid of toasted rice powder. The tofu spring rolls were fine, but rather bland. Oh well.

Amazing thai! Used to be a huge fan of thai vegan but after seeing the«B» rating, decided to branch out and try something else around the Ocean Park neighborhood… after a couple other places, found Lattitude and love it! The pumpkin chicken curry with brown rice is a must. The crunchy spring rolls are also amazing with a side order of peanut sauce. The only thing was our spicy beef with green beans was super salty and too much to eat more than a couple bites of it. Definitely ordering from here again!

Chicken Pad Thai is consistent. Prices are reasonable, and take-out is quick.

Some of the things said about this place are true but it not as bad as it is made out to be. The building is nice, the staff gets overwhelmed sometimes and the curry has been on the watery side once or twice but the bright side is that it is decent(not epic) and better than some neighborhood thai places. The noodle dishes are good, Pad We is good, the wonton soup is pretty good, fried rice is pretty good.

Super super disappointed. Ordered the basil pork very spicy. It came inedibly salty. Like not even a little or maybe. It’s like they did this on purpose. AND it wasn’t spicy to boot. We ordered a peanut sauce to go with our fried tofu, they charged us $ 1.50 for it. Not in the bag. Dmmt! The pad Thai was incredibly sweet. Absolutely terrible. Will never go back.

Ordered the pineapple fried rice and Penang curry. Pineapple fried rice was very sub-par, and a dish I’m typically obsessed with. Hard to screw that one up, but they managed. Penang curry was just okay. One star for the okay Penang. Service was deplorable. It’s a small place, but with a capacity of 40 – 50 people, there should be more than one server, doing double duty as the hostess. Poor woman could barely keep up with the seating of guests, answering the phone, refilling drinks, taking orders, delivering food… Definitely NOT her fault– but the restaurant needs to invest in more help. One more star for no corkage fee. Bring lots of wine! Makes the food and service more bearable.

I visited Lattitude Thai on Christmas Day, so I’m sure the ambiance is different on normal business days. That being said, I was happy to find a decent place that was opened on Christmas. But at best, this place was just DECENT. I got the pumpkin curry and veggies rolls. Also tasted the green papaya salad. All OK — eatable but beyond that totally uninspired. The curry tasted thickened(not in a good way) and slightly too sweet. In a pinch this place is doable, but can’t recommend much beyond that.

I got seated immediately waited 10 minutes to get my order in, 15 minutes for water, and another 40 to get my food. The place has one waitress at this time but there were only 3 tables filled. I was by myself after work. No one likes waiting that long to eat, but now lets talk about the food. The pricey crab Rangoon was tasty, but has little traces of crab, it was mostly cheese. The chicken pad see ew was not good at all. It was tasteless and the veggies were over boiled, not that you should even boil them before stir fry. Lastly I had the duck fried rice, it was mediocre at best, I ate half of that. I love Thai food, although this place has a nice presentation and friendly staff it lacks at it’s core with the understaffing making bad customer service and genuine Thai cuisine that is made with care.

We wanted something fast just to pick up and take home, and being unfamiliar with the thai joints in my hood, I jumped on Unilocal and looked for something close with somewhat not horrible reviews. We ordered some Ruby Curry with Chicken, pad thai, and pineapple fried rice to go, and the place was completely empty on a Saturday night so to-go seems to be the best option. We were very pleasantly surprised. The fried rice was awesome and so was the pad thai. This will be our new take-out thai place when we don’t feel like driving to Ayara!

I visited Lattitude Thai with a friend recently. Though I did like the atmosphere and the menu options, the service was a bit lacking and the food was uncomfortably spicy! I love spicy food. I really, really do. But eating the food at Lattitude Thai felt like trying to eat fire. At one point, a pepper irritated my throat. I guess I should have known better, as I ordered the spicy beef salad. It came with flank steak beef spiced with chili, mint, red onions, red bell pepper, and scallions. I also ordered the Thai salad, which was also really surprisingly spicy and it came with green vegetables, tomato, cucumber, boiled egg & crispy tofu with peanut dressing. The food was pretty unbearably spicy, and unfortunately the service was not always very quick with the water, even though we were the only two people in the restaurant that Monday evening at 7pm. While I did like the food, I’ve had better service better and the restaurant itself isn’t really anything to write home about. I wouldn’t be averse to visiting again, but t just isn’t my #1 choice for Thai food in LA.

This restaurant is fantastic. I live close by, and it’s very convenient if I want a really good bite of Thai food. The food is always fresh, light, and very well made. The restaurant itself is pretty small, and because of it’s more off the beaten path location, it is usually pretty quiet and empty. The service is really good, and the food comes pretty quickly to the table. Overall, this is some of the best Thai food in Santa Monica(which has a lot of options).

Sure there’s a stigma about Asian food in general on the Westside if it’s not Japanese and hopefully Lattitude will help break that perception. This time I veered away from the common items like Pad Thai and egg rolls and went straight for the Green Papaya Salad, Poo Ja(or crab fried rice — love that name) and the Basil Calamari. Granted the papaya salad was not flaming spicy right off the bat I asked the charming waitress how come. She deftly responded that most Westsiders do not like it hot. So be sure to order the flaming chilies soaked in fish oil as the accompaniment! Your tongue will love you then your bum will hate you for it.

A perfectly fine thai place. Nothing great, nothing horrible — just like I like it.

Work duty had me on an inspection to Venice and it was Friday afternoon. I needed to beat the traffic eastbound and stumbled across Lattitude Thai. I’m not used to paying for parking so I chose to park on the side street just around the corner. The interior was clean, eye appealing and each table was covered with tablecloths. The menu does not have lunch specials but the friendly waitress said they offer salad and steamed rice with your choice of entrée. My choice the Prik Khing with pork, no carrots only green beans please. My starter salad and the peanut base dressing was yummy and the Prik Khing was perfect, not overly spicy but so flavorful. I’ll definitely return to Lattitude Thai if I’m in the area and would recommend stopping in for a good meal.

On the Westside this is the best Thai restaurant I’ve been to. The GARLICLOVER — garlic prawns with spinach noodles and steamed mixed vegetables — is one of their signature dishes. The prawns are just awesome… cooked perfectly. The noodles are alright, but a bit overcooked. You can get just garlic prawns, so I would suggest this instead. The HOTBASIL with onions, bell peppers and(we chose) crispy tofu was fantastic. The crispy tofu was still silky inside and we couldn’t get enough of the sauce! The only disappointment was the TOMKHA soup, which I found too tart and not nearly as yummy as other ones I’ve had.

I haven’t had thai food in forever, so my friend recommended me here. Why? Because the Unilocalers said so, that’s why! So we decided to give this place a try. If this is your first time, like me, I would ask the servers what’s good and see if they have a special. And boy did they know what to tell us to order. We ordered the Tom Kha soup, honey duck, Pad see ew, chicken panang curry, crab friend rice, and mango sticky rice that fed 4 of us. I loved all but the Pad see ew. All the entries were flavorful and hearty. The servers were extremely nice and knowledgeable in all the dishes. I gave it 4 out 5 because I felt they closed a little too early, the tables were small and parking can be a hassel. But the food here is great. TIP: Be sure to ask them about their specials because it will not be on the menu.
