What a pleasant place to shop at! Staff is friendly. Products are amazing. Bought gifts for everyone. I didn’t want to leave at all.

Love their original lotion just super expensive!

Sales are super nice even I’m not buying anything but just exchanging stuff. Recommend this store. Service is much better than the other one in Santa Monica Mall.

I wanted to purchase a few hand creams. I had the place practically to myself, along with my antsy toddler. Walked up to the register and waited about 5 minutes hoping the sales associate would notice. She was too busy chatting away with a couple with her back turned and either didn’t realize I was there or decided to ignore me. Either way, I’m not coming back here.

I came in just to browse but ended up buying a shower oil. The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly and that ultimately scored him a sale. Apparently, it bad to use soap on you skin everyday so I’m going to try switching soap for shower oil and see how my skin feels. I’m excited to try out this little experiment. Smelling like almonds is also a plus ;)

I walked in and spoke to a super helpful, kind, nice and informative employee, Kristina. I mentioned that my hands were really dry and she not only walked to me the hand cream she thought was best but APPLIED it for me (heaven). When I mentioned that my hands were uncomfortably dry, she took the time to show me the one minute sugar scrub applying it to both hands and explaining why it worked so well. One patting my hands dry, she then lathered me back up with cuticle cream and hand cream. Kristina was so helpful and I more than appreciated the personal attention she gave. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend all three products she shared with me today!

Came here to check out some of their hand lotions. My hands have been really drying out lately. I’ve been using Jergen’s body lotion for my hands, but since that has been moisturizing enough, I figured I needed to get something more intense that was made specifically for my hands. This place has so much stock of stuff! Didn’t know where to even start. Some of their hand creams come in small little aluminum looking tubes. Pretty pricey for the size of them. Didn’t think it was worth it. It was strangely quiet in the store when I popped in on a Saturday evening. It was just me and two sales girls behind the counter. Thought someone would offer some assistance but nope, they just stood there.

Everyone that works here is so nice! I am absolutely addicted to their rose hand cream. It smells amazing and does wonders on dry skin!

Everything in here smells F-​A-​B-​U-​L-​O-​U-​S.
I am a lavender lover: they have everything from hand cream to body cream to soaps to spray to eau de toilette to what I love — this little roll on. It’s a tiny bottle that you can roll on to your wrists/​neck. The scent is just strong enough and super easy to use. I use it before bed time; helps to a nice relaxing sleep, or so I think. Bit pricey at $ 15 but it’s quality.
They have lots of other scents (e.g. rose, I know for sure), but I’ve honestly never strayed from the lavender section.
The staff hasn’t been overly friendly when I’ve gone there, but I don’t mind. I know what I want, so it’s a quick trip.

Just had to rave about this location since they’re one of the better L’Occitane’s that I’ve been to.
The store was very busy but both SA’s I used were incredibly helpful including the one on the floor and the one at checkout. Great product knowledge, particularly since I was trying to take advantage of the F&F sale and was drawing a blank as to what soap is carried at the Four Seasons.
With great advice and service, wonderful product quality, and the fabulous/​complimentary gift boxes/​wrap/​samples, this location is a solid 5 stars.

Okay, it’s a small shoppe so I can’t really rave about great service, but I’m going to anyway!
Today being black friday, the busiest of shopping days, I was surprised when a number of the sales associates approached me and offered their assistance. I took one of the ladies up on her offer and she stood there with me for a good 15 minutes going over everything in the section while I deliberated over what to get for a friend’s Christmas present. She also informed me that they do gift packaging, free of charge. Score! I made my picks, she packaged them up and I stole away with a free hand cream/​soap set for my purchase of over $ 80. After checking off a couple people from my Christmas list, it was nice to get a free gift for myself.
