Another word to the doctor… agree with Kim G! Front office«Jenny» is rude! I am even a patient of the doctor and argued with me about their phones being turned off. Why? Why argue? Why be defensive? Why have an attitude? I like the doctor, but will think twice about going back in the future. PS Doc, don’t you check these reviews out and talk to your people???

Was highly referred to Dr Loisides after we decided to get a second opinion… we left there and decided he would be the Dr to do the surgery ! No question ! He was so informative and reissuring and patient ! To our surprise when we called back to schedule the surgery he spoke to us again and recommended a pediatric urologist who he said was the best and while Our son was 14, he would recommend the type of technique this Dr does for our sons particular case… what an amazing Dr ! He said he could definately do the surgery but because of his age would highly recommend for our son . Thank you Dr Loisides!

I can’t speak highly enough of Peter Loisides. From the first point of contact, he was personable, informative and respectful. He explained every step of the operation and recovery and followed through exactly as he said. The surgery went extremely well, and — although not yet final — I’m very happy with the results and my decision to trust this operation to Dr Loisides.

I met Dr Loisides in urgent care at St Johns Hospital. I am so glad that he was the doctor that the hospital called in as a specialist for my case. He helped me through several months of recovery. Here is a doctor that loves what he does and it shows in the way he treated me as a patient. He is very knowledgeable and always took time to explain everything to me and was never in a hurry. He had a sincere concern for my situation. I would recommend this doctor to anyone and I am someone who has lost a lot of faith in the doctors of today and the medical industry. Hes a one in a million. As far as the front desk goes, I never had any issues with the girls who man the front desk. They were always nice easy going girls with no attitude that I every experienced and really quite helpful at times. It seems to be an efficient well run office.

A word to the doctor: I called this morning at 9:45 am to make a first time appointment after you were referred by my gyno along with another dr. «Hello. I would like to make a first time visit with the doctor» First question from your receptionist: «What kind of insurance do you have?» Now, being referred by a fellow all cash dr I am expecting to pay cash but I answered«Anthem.» Your receptionist: «we don’t take insurance» Me — «why was that your first question then? Like before my name or why I was calling or whom I was referred to?» Her«I don’t know how old you are– you might be a Medicare patient». If the doctor doesn’t have the right people at the front desk they will lose patients like me by forcing us to go through unprofessional and inept staff. Bedside manner, office professionalism STARTS at the phones, Dr. you are running a business. This speaks to the entire experience, especially something as potentially sensitive as urology. I said«you know, that could have been handled a whole lot better. Your doctor just lost a potential patient» Her answer? «Oh that’s okay» That is literally the entire conversation. I was nice but matter of fact– I was initially instantly turned off by her asking about insurance first. Next…
