Marco Arras Personal Trainer

I met Marco through a mutual friend and was in desperate need to get in shape to play a boxer for an upcoming film. I can not express enough on what a Blessing Marco is! I only had a little over a month to train for this film & Marco guided me every minute of the way. He whipped my butt into shape & gave me tools to use for the rest of my life! I quickly discovered that it is NEVER «Just a job» with Marco, but an investment into your Life & Health. I have had the opportunity and good fortune to have had Marco as a personal trainer for the past couple of years. His workouts are always inspiring and challenging, and his enthusiasm and support have always pushed me to accomplish more than I thought was possible. Every summer I work as a Commercial Fisherman up in Alaska. Last March I had a posterior Foraminotomy performed on my cervical spine to relieve a pinched nerve. After two months of rehabilitation, I spent four weeks working out with Marco. His workouts, his drive and his encouragement pushed me to the place where I made a complete recovery and I was able to return to Alaska just three months after surgery. I couldn’t have done it without him. When it comes to personal trainers, this guy is the best!

Marco is a great trainer with a big heart. Always fun and pleasant to be around. He taught me many exercises that did not involve weight lifting by using my own body as «weights.» I’d recommend him to anybody!
