Had to go there twice this week coincidentally, the first time was late night driving somebody to the airport this place is seriously understaffed at all times. The late night drive thru was very crowded because they didn’t have a person at the pay window only at the food serv window so you had to order and wait for both at one place. It took so long and breakfast and regular food was ordered and none of it tasted fresh. The second time was today driving somebody to an audition there were so many cars in the drive thru piled up that it was creating road hazards on the street 4 people waiting to get into the queue and people that were part and wanting to leave could not get out. I found a parking spot and went in only to find only one person at a peak hour at the order station for walk ins. There was a line of about 6 people in front of me. The line was moving about as fast as the car line. Then two homeless guys came in and were trying to cut in line and generally wreak havoc. That’s when I decided to leave and say forget it. Getting out was tough because of the traffic snarl outside. I would avoid that McDonalds at all costs.

Confession, sometimes when I am running late, I will grab a classic Egg McMuffin in the morning… This is the SLOWEST&LEASTENGLISHSPOKEN drive thru in SaMo, and they WILL screw up your order. I suppose the plus are the filthy bums which crowd into the patio.

Slowest fast food in town. Left before I place my order. Waiting 10 minutes at a speaker to be greeted is ridiculous. Second time I’ve been here same result. Thought it wouldn’t happen again. Morons

So I called corporate and the regional manager called me I was going to retract my review my bad review but of course I went there today and I had worse service than the first time. McDonalds you need to train your workers. train them to respect customers. you have a few that were there that were good what happened to them? maybe you should train managers and the workers and if they don’t understand something have someone that speaks fluent English to help them out. the cashier was very nice that’s the only person there that I could say that was nice and the drive thru .the person who brought me my food was rude had no customer skills if her life depended on it .like she was there to make a paycheck remember McDonalds we are the people who helps you make a living get your paycheck if there’s no people that will go there… you would be out of a job. this Mcdonald sucks and that’s too bad !!!

Once again I struck by this McDonald’s with bad service. I tried their drive thru and the guy got my whole order wrong and kept rushing me to place my order. I approached the window and noticed the manager took my order. I paid and they gave me the wrong order plus I ordered coke and I was given diet coke. I went inside and noticed the floor sticky and the place was dirty. This place is bad it’s no wonder why they only have two stars when I Unilocaled.

Some of the employees are very nice, but there are a couple who are mean! This is unacceptable, especially for a franchise that is in trouble. The bathroom is totally disgusting. Attention McDonald’s: fix these simple problems. Your reputation is dying.

This McDonald’s is by far the worst! They messed up my coffee order twice… on the same order. Told the girl what I wanted when ordering… then when I get yo the window I realized my order was wrong… we asked the girl if she could fix it. She said she would… gives me am attitude! I was polite… if you don’t like your job. not my problem! I get my coffee back and it was black coffee but with tons of sugar… I had to get out and go inside to get my order fixed. I was not happy! I will NEVER go to this place again. Wish I vould give no stars!

Fast food is fast food for a reason. Drive through shouldn’t take 15 minutes for two drinks and two ice cream cones. Fail.

Horrible service. Went in to buy gift cards and was met by a worker and a manager that spoke to each other in Spanish only. I politely asked them to speak in English so that I could understand what they were saying and the worker said a few words in English but the manager refused to speak it. They made me wait over 20 minutes to give me the cards. All this time I was in front of the counter in plain sight. When I asked if the cards were ready, the manager said«oh yes, here». No apology for the delay. I am appreciative that perhaps it is easier for some employees to speak in their own language to each other but I think that it is rude to do so specially after the customer asks to speak in English to be able to understand what is being discussed in front of them and about them. This store needs professional management and better training aimed at customer satisfaction.

I can’t believe I’m leaving a Unilocal review for a McDonald’s but I really can’t help it.(Enter the metaphoric fat girl). Every single time I’ve come here I have ALWAYS had a positive experience. I live in the neighborhood and always do the drive-thru. They are extremely time efficient and my order has always been on, 100%. The main reason I’m writing is because of their customer service! These guys are killin’ it! From the girl taking my order, multi-tasking talking to her staff and running my payment, all the while offering a compliment and wishing me a good day, to the person working the second window handing me my order. Usually it’s the same ol’, same ol’ from any other Mickey D’s, «have a good day» but not at this one… I don’t know how, but these guys have always managed a smile and a genuine compliment. I guess all I can say is their customer service is top notch and their iced coffee paired with the egg white delight is a winner! All day! Thanks McDonald’s on Lincoln!

Drive-thru is straight slow… Also the ordering screen is «closed» and must order at window. Huh? Lol I’m still in drive-thru line as we speak(10 min and counting and there were two cars in front of me) and all I wanted was a coffee. But I don’t expect much bc it’s mc d… Other than that it’s a swanky looking mcdonalds! Extra star for the look. Faaaancy!

5 times. 5 times I have been here. 5 times my order has been messed up, mixed up, or flat out wrong. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me 5 times in a row and I begin to question my sanity as to why I ever go back.

This place is ok. There’s a small 4 to 6 parking lot when you enter and a bigger lot on the other side of the building. kid play area outside with a few tables. 2 downsides are a lot of Hispanics eat there and work there and often mess up on the orders and also those customers talk in Spanish the entire time. And other problem is the homeless that stand around there or come in and hog up tables so paying customers can’t sit there and the staff doesn’t tell them to leave. If the homeless paid for the food and start eating in the back of this place I won’t have a problem. But 99.9% they come in and start drinking or sit right next to paying customers, smelling disgusting or start talking to themselves or go around to each table asking for money.

Went through the drive-through to order breakfast food with my boyfriend(combo with 2 Sausage McMuffins w/Egg, hash brown, and coffee). The food was typical and tasted like a breakfast sandwich from any other McDonald’s. Service was fast and the staff was actually friendly.

This is one of the nicest and most modern McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. While it may not be a Gehry or Frank Lloyd Wright design, it’s got style, and great lighting. What it also has is a slew of homeless, who obviously, know a nice place when they see it.

After reading all the sub-par reviews of this humble franchise establishment, I felt it was my obligation, nay, my sheer duty, to redeem the reputation of this fine eatery. Unlike previous reviewers, I did not encounter any of the unfortunate transients on my way to the gates of the golden arches. The path was clear, clean, and inviting. The interior was polished, modern, and attractive looking, with a gazebo-like covered round table in the center of the dining area. The cashiers were polite and bilingual, asking me if I was ready to order shortly after I stepped inside with my wife. The menus on the wall include a modern flat screen computer that cycles through the various gastronomic delicacies. We ordered two small parfaits and a hot tea. It came promptly. The parfaits were cold and smooth, and the tea was hot and wet. The price was reasonable. Sitting down at the center rotunda, we were entertained as we overheard some lively conversation by the various eccentric patrons. When nature later called, we found the bathrooms to be clean, with pleasant music being piped in from the ether. Overall, a pleasant and transcendental experience. The last time we were here, the staff even helpfully provided us with extra packing boxes which we needed for an upcoming apartment move. Whether you’re looking for food, folks, and fun, or to have a break today, this McDonalds is the place to go.
