Great store!
I first came to this store years ago when it first opened. Recently I started upgrading my system and bought a new turntable here. I echo what other’s have said, Randy is a true audiophile and I’ve probably taken unfair advantage of him by picking his brains to mine some of the wealth of audio knowledge he has.

Excellent service and product knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend Optimal Enchantment to anyone from the most basic music fan to the highly entrenched audiophile. They carry a small but focused product range, so if you like their house sound, you will find an excellent system at pretty much any price range.

Randy is not a technophile, he is a rather a very discerning music lover who is an
evangelist for the pleasures of music. His instrument is his ears, does the music
enchant you? that is the measure of what he does. The equipment is just a conduit
for aural pleasure. His inventory covers several price points to unlimited. He has
curated a «show «of the best in every category and at several price points. I have
been a client of Randy’s for 30 + years, he is the best!

I agree with Jeffs review, I have known/​done biz with randy for 25 years.
He has won sound contests against others who have used 5x as much $ equipment, you have to see /​hear to believe.

Randy, the proprietor, is a true old-​school audiophile who will not be shy about what he likes, but also won’t try to sell you something you don’t need. It’s a small store (do call to make an appointment before visiting) but carries some very good stuff, including Audio Research and Vandersteen.
