I use to like this restaurant but after the customer service I had I will never go back Vary poor service I felt that we were a joke to them so this restaurant deserve a zero star not even a star Never go there again

Giancarlo is the best server there obviously because we share the same name. I felt very attended to. He explained the menu well. Food was great I like their Kung pao chicken(spicy).

HORRIDHORRID service and food tonight! BLARGH!!! I’ve eaten here many times before and never had problems like this… I ordered to go on my break from work… They said it would be about a 20 min wait compared to the 10 It usually is for to go orders because they had a huge catering order. Well they should have prepared for that… That 20 turned into 45 they did not compensate me at all AND my Kung Pao Shrimp was DISGUSTING and INEDIBLE…20 dollars for old over cooked shrimp that was wayyyyyyyy toooooooooooo salty I ate ¼ of it and tossed it out I’m surprised I didn’t get sick, The customers were so upset that some just left without their food… And i LOVEPF Changs tonight they were wayyyy off their game!

I just go for the spicy greens beans and chicken. I have to admit I love PF Changs especially that location.

Yuck, yuck, yuck… never again will I eat at this overpriced, over sauced, overcooked chain again. Feeling sick.

Average food. Not at all worth what you pay for it. This is a very busy location on Wilshire near the promenade, so when you walk in the door it’s bustling. The atmosphere is nice, lively but casual. The service was below average but this was a busy night so not terribly upsetting. Just surprising. Most remarkable about this PF Chang’s is the unequivocal averageness of the food. We ordered sweet and sour chicken and the beef and broccoli. Both steadfastly mediocre, lacking in sauce or personality or taste really. Banal sweet and sour and lazy beef marinade a touch too heavy on the garlic. The egg rolls which we ordered at a suggestion were alarmingly expensive albeit the best thing we ate there. I had been to a PF Chang’s location in Salt Lake City previously which to my recollection was much better than this. So, here’s my recommendation: if you’re looking for asian fusion that satisfies opt for a Panda Express and save your money.

Ordered pickup for our anniversary. Got a free dessert from the manager which was great. When I got there he asked what dessert I wanted and put a rush on it. That came out and they gave it to me and then realized they forgot to cook my entire order. I waited 45 minutes for my food, I might as well have just eaten there. After the wait I get out of there assuming they were capable of getting my order right after having 45 min to get it right, but they forgot the rice. Awful service

After dining at the Santa Monica location multiple times one thing has been super consistent with PF Chang here is they always made sure the food to be inconsistent. Their staff can be super unfriendly and service is very slow. Hence I decided not to eat here anymore.

If I could give this place a zero Star I would and this is my first negative review! Worst asian food ever!!! Please save your money and yourself!!! We had Spring Rolls(no flavors, very oily) Lo Mein(everything in this dish was overcooked and blend) Stir fried eggplant(so so oily really not edible) Buddha’s feast(tasted like veggies from those supermarket Steam Bags) Crispy Beans(stale… probably prepared once in the morning and then served all day) and everything tasted just beyond disgusting! What a disappointment! Since we got take-out food I can’t say anything about the service!

Worst customer service ever, manager who’s name is Eli was extremely rude to me on the phone after I asked to see if they possibly could still have my credit card, indeed they ended up having my credit card but he hung up on me and refused to help us. Our waiter’s name was Michael, he was very sweet and helped us out.

The Staff are great and one of the waiter is still around with the awesomeness attitude ever! I’m here in downtown Santa Monica and enjoying the scenery

It started with smelly plates, so we returned them, and the smelly plates were replaced with plates which were not washed, displaying residual food from the previous unfortunate guests. The waiter(a middle aged white male probably at the peak of his«career» and quite angry about his situation) scoffed behind his back at some people at our table. We left a $ 2 tip on a bill of about $ 100. He followed us outside demanding to know if that was intentional. Yup. Oh, and the«Kung Pao Chicken» was something out of a dollar Chinese establishment. I think PF Chang’s is really Appleby’s but pretending not to be. I will never, ever, ever eat at this lousy place again. «Asian Fusion?» Hahahaha. What a load of !%$#*!.

What happens when a young couple tries to grab a bite at P.F. Chang’s? They get absolutely horrible service AND food. We get to P.F. Chang’s on a Wednesday evening around 8:45pm. we get seated immediately(which is great!); but it goes all downhill from there. Note: there are a total of FOUR(4) parties at the restaurant at this time. Not 17, or 29. Just 4. (1) It is now 9:00pm. We are asked what we would like to drink. We receive our water at 9:10pm. (2) It is now 9:25pm. We are asked what we would like to order [40 minutes after we are seated]. We order two entrees with sides of white rice. (3) It is now 9:50pm. My girlfriend asks the waiter where our order is as we were planning on catching a movie in Westwood at 11pm and didn’t want to be late. He said it would be right out. (4) It is now 10:05pm. This time I ask again where our food is. He replies«Oh! Sorry, I’ll get that right now». Hmm. wondering how unimportant he thinks we are right now. (5) It is now 10:07pm. He did get the food on time! But… when I dig into my rice… there is a melted RECEIPT atop my bowl of rice. I thought this was a joke, and I was on Punked. But it wasn’t. The waiter apologizes rather in-genuinely. Poor waiter/waitress staff has 3 other tables to tend to though… As our wonderful waiter retrieves me a normal bowl of rice(and some to-go boxes as we want to get out of there.), my girlfriend heads to the front to ask to speak to the manager. They say he/she was not available at the moment, but they would let them know. THEN they charge us for our meal. Really… no offer of complementary meal, or gift card, or anything? (6) It’s now 10:20pm. We waited about 13 minutes for a receipt… for melted paper on our rice. I leave a dollar tip(out of some intrinsic kindness of my soul that I never knew existed) and we pack up our meal and leave. As we leave I can hear the waiter disgruntled as if 1 dollar was a horrible tip. Oh, the irony… (7) We bust a move to get to the theater in 12 minutes and sit real quick to eat our food. It tastes terrible. Sauces are SO salty, the rice is dry… I mean c’mon P.F. Chang’s. GIVEUS A BREAK. That was my first time at any P.F. Chang’s and my last. I’ll make sure my friends don’t go there as well. Thanks for reading.

Usually I’m fine with PF Changs, however, this go around, we were pretty disappointed. We ordered take-out and what did we find when we opened the take-out box for the brown rice? It was only HALFFULL. Really, PF Changs, really!!! Why did you have to deceive us and skimp that much to only offer half a container of rice? Boooooooo… Boooooo!!!

I don’t know how many times I’ve been here because particular friends don’t have a very expansive palate and are not open to other types of Asian cuisine in Los Angeles. I guess you just have to go with the flow and accept it… so we come here. You know what to expect from P.F. Chang’s and the food here is presented well. The service at this particular location has always been good and the food pretty tasty. Order a bunch of plates and share, but make sure to leave room for desserts. Yay, Asian Fusion! :P

I love and adore the chicken fried rice, but I could make sweet love all-night-long to the northern-style ribs. Tender pork ribs, marinated for hours, cooked to perfection in a tangy sauce, and served with a little ramekin of Chinese 5-spice blend. Pinch a little atop — munch, munch, munch. It’s pure love. It’s a Saturday night, what do you do? Where do you go? Try somewhere new, or go somewhere where you have favorites and is always consistently good? Order«off menu»: – The«real» Ginger Beer; usually made with Kirin beer and ginger syrup has been replaced with a non-alcoholic one on the menu. I have them make it with bud light to save a few calories, and still — so good. – The«Stir-fried Eggplant with Chicken» is awesome. Except they no longer carry it with the minced chicken, only listed with the veggies. Voila! Available on request. Yay! I took some photos of the ribs and eggplant, and eek — doesn’t look so good up-close, so scratch the upload. Regardless, with the trinity of PF Chang sauces, I slather it all about everything I order… always great. Like George, I like it HOT and SPICY. No matter what you order, you get quality — not authentic, but it is what it is. Whether you get a Chinese Chicken Salad(adore), Sweet & Sour Soup(amazing), or the Lemon Chicken(so good) — it’s consistently good. ========================= Location specific — Santa Monica ========================= This is the least favorite of all the PF Changs I’ve been to. Parking is the worst, and because of it, it’s not a destination spot for dinner, it’s only if I am already there. Service is generally good.

Reservations were easy to make online. Made same day reservations for a last minute celebration for my sisters nuptials. It was weird because on the website, it asks if there was a special occasion and I put«wedding celebration» but they didn’t even do anything for it. So why ask? We were seated right away but it took some time for our server to get to us. Lets just start by saying, can I get some food with the salt we ordered? Most of the items we ordered were OVERLY salted. I felt my blood pressure rise with every bite. Chinese food should NOT be this salty. We got a side of white rice that we pretty much mixed with every item so that we could keep our food down. For the 5 of us, we ordered the following. — Hot and Sour Soup — Super salty and non-impressive. — Combo fried rice — this was so salty we couldn’t eat it. We did pack it up so that we can mix it with some rice at home. — Lo mein– Salty and the noodles weren’t as thick as we were normally used to. They were like ramen noodles. — Crispy Honey Shrimp– This was OK — Mongolian Beef– saltier than normal, but was edible — Spicy Green Beans — SUPER salty — Sweet and Sour Chicken– This was OK Service: Our server was nice but very slow and not very attentive. I asked for hot sauce which she never brought and we had to flag her down to ask for refills. She checked on us once during our meal. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. I expected a bit more from this place but was disappointed. Our bill came out to $ 101.51. Definitely not a meal worth the swollen face I’ll probably wake up with.

Bf and I stopped here briefly for a drink and an order of green beans. I really liked the green beans with the sauce. P.F. Chang’s doesn’t fail. It’s reliable.
