I came into Rudy’s and Travis’s teacher training already teaching yoga. I was looking for a deeper level of training that would take me to another level of teaching. I wanted a better understanding of sequencing and alignment, which by the way Rudy is very experienced in teaching. Travis brings his own incredible knowledge of Yoga, Kirtan Ayurveda, Pranayamas, and more. In their training you start practicing teaching your 2nd week in, so by the end of the training you have the experience to go out and teach! Even if you not interested in teaching and you just want to go deeper in your own yoga practice, Rudy and Travis’s training is so well balanced you will get what your looking for.
