This place is great for a quick gallon fill of alkaline water. They are very accommodating. I had a water pitcher with a manufacture issue and they replaced it on the spot same day!

Very friendly staff, cheap alkaline water refills and a 5 percent discount for regulars – but the store is exceedingly bare bones and could stand for some better stock, especially with Whole Foods around the corner. I’ve never used their lab services and never see anyone who does for that matter, but the costs seem exorbitant. Not sure how long they will continue to last in this neighborhood.

After being sick with digestive problems for 5 years and going to all kind of doctors and not seeing any results i was referred to Proactive health labs. They met with me in a comprehensive consultation and detected the source of my problem and treated it right away. to my surprise I got immediate unbelievable results. Every one there is so professional and truly cared to help me, specially Dr. De and the Nurse Jacqueline. They were always attentive to my concerns and needs and I will be referring this place to my friends in need.

I was looking for a place to buy alkaline water and here it was! Walked in and there were three nice ladies there. They explained to me clearly how everything works. You can buy the alkaline water by any size you want, but basically if you pay for membership for a year you can get set gallons. I got a 90 gallons of water membership for $ 150 (164.25 after + Santa Monica tax) and now I’m set! They said they can deliver too. Took home a gallon today for now since I walked, but next time they said they can deliver it to my work if I wanted to. (My home is till far to deliver but) Yeay!

Excellent store, helpful staff, and amazing products. I loved the body fit test, told me my exact base metabolic rate, how much day I had and needed to lose how much muscle I had and how much I needed to gain. The Ph water is really good too!
