Our Townhome Association just did a major project that involved moving gas lines for our HVAC system. We contacted SGS and they responded immediately and provided amazing service. The technicians were very professional and went the extra distance to ensure minimal disruption and downtime for our gas service.

I organized the installation of about 30 seismic gas shut-off valves for myself and about 30 of my neighbors. Working with SGS was great in terms of negotiating a price and getting the work done promptly and done right. The workers who did the installation were professional and got the job done. The problem began with the permitting process. We had in writing that SGS would pull permits for the installations, but I realized several months after the installations that this hadn’t been done. I called and emailed SGS several dozen times over a period of more than 2 years and was typically told someone would get back to me, but it was very rare that anyone did. In the cases when I was able to talk to someone who could discuss the issue, I was often told that they would get right to it, or I was given excuses such as how much of a hassle it was to pull the permits. All in all, it was nearly 3 years after the installations before the permit process was finally complete.

SGS did a great job with the gas leak in my laundry room. Dave and Fabian were very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. They were also reasonably priced and honest to work with. Thanks SGS!
