It’s kind of weird to me to be reviewing a hospital cafeteria, but hey, its important to know as we found out. So we didn’t actually eat here, but were so happy to find that this cafeteria existed as we were dying for coffee and the café next store wasn’t open. They have brewed«starbucks» coffee and a nice little bar with soy, multiple kinds of sugar and creamer and just plain old milk too. Coffee was about $ 2 which was great. It looked like they had a pretty good selection of snack foods if needed too. They also had a very impressive selection of drinks, including Naked juices which were priced comparably to grocery stores. Didn’t seem to be a mark up on most things which was nice. They also had a nice open seating area right outside the cafeteria if you are looking for a respite out of a hospital room when visiting.

Honestly it’s not bad for a hospital cafeteria ! The grill section is good — be careful with salads though — they get weighed !

I work here! Worst food that is expensive ! Walk to sunshines or whole foods instead! I feel sorry for the patients & their families !

I would give the food here a 1.5 stars but the charming fact that this is a hospital cafeteria and the food is terrible comforts me with the idea that some things never change and that made me feel good. I stayed for a few days recently and had a breakfast sandwich, a hot dog and a denver omlette with hashbrowns and about 4 cups of coffee. The breakfast sandwich was kinda meh, if you know what I mean. Now I’m not saying they need to roll out some flour and make scratch english muffins but I mean HELLO, can you please give me a fresh muffin with my egg, bacon and cheese breakfast sandwich. oh and don’t even let me begin on the cheese. This is why I got a denver omlette the next time, TOAVOIDTHECHEESEFOOD product they call cheese at this place. NEVERAGAIN. The denver omletter, ah, YESPLEASE and Thank you. Great start, but I’m sorry to say that the hashbrowns that came with it were the exact opposite of epic yumminess so it was a wash unless you like non crispy oily potatoes. I would also say that I didn’t find it a great deal. Maybe if they lowered their prices a little I would come here more often. I will say that the coffee is starbucks and its quite good. and the Hot Dog I had really hit the spot. they grilled it up and gave me a fresh bun that was slightly toasted. I had a Dr. Pepper and a yellow bag of lays chips and as I ate it I said to myself that it really is good to sometimes get back to the basics.
