I usually go to this Starbucks after class. They have the best service. They are always friendly. Most importantly the drinks are always consistently good, which you can’t say about other Starbucks. Parking at this location is always easy. They have a free parking lot.

This Starbucks has the worst service – so slow And poorly managed I hate coming here– You end up waiting 15 minutes to get a cup of freaking coffee!!!

As a partner I’m often very critical and have high expectations. Tiffany was awesome! Fast; smiled,…and they got my drink right without issue. I enjoyed my time relaxing here as i waited for an oil change. Great job guys!

I’ve been here a couple times to work inbetween running errands, and the lack of staff knowledge regarding Starbucks rewards and drink mods is very confusing to me. My matcha green tea(literally water and a scoop of powder) cost me over $ 3 here when it usually costs me less than $ 1 at EVERY Starbucks I’ve ever been to — what? I explained exactly how to make it and I was told by the supervisor that they have to charge it as a specialty iced tea. Total rip off considering this drink probably takes the least effort out of every single one of their offerings. In addition to the litter on the ground and in the bathrooms, I won’t be back!

The staff today was new, so it was kinda cute having to explain my order three times and then reminding the cashier to write my name on the cup. Everyone has to start somewhere so I can overlook this. The bathroom, however is gross, gross, gross! There was more pubic hair on and around the sink than a doctor sees in a day. The floor was dirty and there was even duct tape on top of the tile. The toilet paper holder was broken so you had to touch that gross roll probably full of sh*t. The barista asked me twice if I wanted anything else in my drink but was really nice and the flavor was excellent. I’d give more stars if the bathrooms weren’t so dirty. Ewwww!

I’m sorry I’m not a Starbucks expert or a regular. But if I asked one stupid question I much rather you educate me than give me such a dumbfounded look. I’m sorry the line is extra long and your annoyed that I took 10 secs longer to get my order through. I hope all Starbucks do not display the unfriendly service you offered. 3 stars average for this store location explains it all. UPDATE: how does a staff not know you can get free refills with a certain rewards card with a purchase but another staff had to step in and say sorry not everyone knows you can. Is this a super secret and rare incident? Do people not present this type of card here?

This is the Starbucks location that time forgot. It looks like a Starbucks but doesn’t operate like one. I typically visit late in the day and occasionally midday. There are usually two employees and a lot of apathy. The employee at the register seems to act like they’re doing a favor by taking your order and they’re running through the motions. Poor barista doesn’t seem happier either. While most Starbucks have 3+ employees, there must be a policy against them here. Perhaps they’re fed up with all the people taking all the seats to work on after-school projects while sapping the free wi-fi. Or the nurses who come in from the hospital next door who need caffeine before starting their all-night 12-hour shift. I feel sympathetic for their ordeal. I’ve brought a laptop to check email quickly only to be denied because all the seats are taken by laptop hobos. I’ve started doing the mobile order to at least skip the register person having to spend time with me. If my dry cleaner weren’t next door, I’d probably roll past this location. Hoping it’s not the silly Dumb Starbucks prank from last year and they forgot the first word.

I ordered a ginger ale soda say 10 mins ago. There are 3 baristas and hardly any patrons here. Nonetheless, as I approached the counter assuming the drink has been made I over hearing two young male baristas laughing about who didn’t make my soda. I’m not laughing.

Has forgotten my breakfast sandwich 3 out of 4 times that I’ve visited this location. These service people are not apologetic, they really don’t care. I find Starbucks coffee to be average in quality but when the service is this bad, it doesn’t deserve any business.

This location on numerous times wouldn’t give me a free refill or would give eventually give refills in a smaller cup. This is the only Starbucks I’ve been to which is reluctant giving the standard free refill. Other locations I don’t have this issue with — they give me a coffee refill, same size, no hassle. Unilocalers will also notice the trash scattered across the floor. Needs friendlier staff that is courteous to customers spending their money.

I have been to this location quite a few times as it is on my way to school. It is really early on a Sunday morning, so it actually was pretty empty, but I have seen it very busy and the staff work well to make sure the line moves smoothly. Today, I got an iced caffe mocha with one of their breakfast sandwiches. I have tried both the turkey bacon one and the bacon, gouda, and egg one… they are both really good. The bathroom is this location is pretty clean, but I can understand it getting dirty from those random people from the street as it does not have a door code, so beware. The huge parking lot is a great plus, as there are usually always free parking spaces. The staff here is friendly and I definitely see myself coming back whenever I need my coffee fix! :)

There is never any staff working at this location and the people working show very little sense of urgency second time I had to leave because it’s either packed with 2 people working or it takes forever to take and make one order. Disappointing

1. This Starbucks is dirty. The floors are littered with food particles. The Countertops and tables are coated with spilled coffee, sugar, and cinnamon. 2. Very slow service for not being very busy. 3. The employees weren’t unfriendly but could work on their customer service skills. I love Starbucks and I’m hoping this review will motivate the manager of this particular location to step it up.

My order wasn’t totally right but it came out fast and there’s good parking. Lack of seating was a problem. Not the most upbeat staff but it’s a slow rainy day so I don’t expect a cheer squad on days like this. A pretty standard Starbucks experience.

I have noticed that this location is very efficient, which means they are well versed in the menu to ensure the least amount of errors are made. I saw them assist about 15 – 20 people within 10minutes. That includes from order to pick-up of beverages to food. I want to acknowledge the teams speed. They are also very polite and focused. The location is well-maintained around the milk and napkins station too. The space allocation of tables and tall table tops are welcoming. Overall, this is a good Starbucks to stop in if you are in a rush. I order a dioppio espresso non-fat macchiato($ 2.05).
