I came to the store and ordered 2 12″ subs with teriyaki chicken and Avocado, with the combo and extra bug of chips.
I was charged $ 35.79.
It didn’t make sense to me so I ask the cashier to show me my order, he was unable to do unless I pay for it. I paid it with my Amex.
Then I showed him that I was overcharge for an extra 12″ subs with teriyaki chicken and Avocado. The cashier was looking to serve the next customer and avoiding my comment.
I called the manager to fix it.
The manager void the order and made a new one for $ 28.40.
Additionaly the sandwiches in that store were made with less content.

Most incompetent staff, never consistent with the price &$@€%%
I do like their breakfast combo twice on the roll I was told no drink even it’s on the menu before 11am?

One of my favorite subways! There are 2 others closer to my house but. Always make the trip to this one, it’s always clean, smells good, always get a positive greeting from staff when you enter and the employees are sooo nice! I’m pretty sure the manager runs the subway on 13th and wilshire too bc that location is great as we’ll. no problem leaving a tip when they don’t stings you on ingredients and are happy to add more if necessary! :)

It’s Subway after all… Place was clean staff was friendly food was fresh. Can’t say one negative thing about this place.
