I’ve been working with Superfast for over a year (after researching plenty of printers in the area) and can now say that they are the best in Santa Monica. I love working with Imran, Tyrone, Harry and the rest of the team. I think they do a quality job and handle business matters well and with a smile. They are turning into family for me!

Absolutely LOVE these guys. Efficient, friendly, and organized — when we gave them a super complicated order, they took the time to call and clarify the instructions (we hadn’t been perfectly clear), which I appreciated a thousand times over… it saved us the headache of coming to pick up a huge order that had been done wrong (then who pays? me or them?). They’re always smiling and happy to help… and are ready to think outside the box for any unusual requests you might have. Highly recommended!

The people at Superfast have always been extremely helpful and efficient, never hesitating to go the extra mile — even if it’s not a large job. Imram and Seema are the owners and they are very professional and a pleasure to work with. Whenever I have a job — especially when it needs extra attention and precision — I take it to them.

The printing jobs were decent, but service was terrible. Late, unfriendly, and pricey.

Imran and his company have always been my go to guys for printing, just be patient sometimes to get your stuff.

I always try and support local stores so I was really happy when I found an alternative to Kinkos. I brought in 3 documents (single sheets of 8.5×11 paper) to be laminated on a Thursday. The man behind the desk told me they don’t laminate orders as they come in but waited until there were enough documents to warrant turning on their big laminator. This made sense to me so I asked what the latest date was that I could expect to have the documents back by. I was told that he would laminate them no later than that evening. This was fine since I didn’t need the papers until Sunday. I called them back the next day and no one answered the phone… I tried back the next day (Saturday) as well and no one answered. When I checked their website I found out that they aren’t open on weekends and no one had contacted me about my order being ready on Friday or notified me that they had not completed it before closing for 2 days. When I called them back on Monday I found out that my order STILL had not been laminated and the man who picked up the phone took a while to even locate my order. When I went to pick up the order the man behind the counter was very curt, expressed no remorse that they had messed up the timing of the order so badly, and had to ask me all sorts of questions about when I dropped the papers off and who I spoke to in order to even find my papers on the shelf where they had been put (the shelf looked very disorganized).
Overall, the shop was disorganized, unprofessional, and very discourteous. Unfortunately I would recommend going anywhere but here in the future.
