I’ve known Suzanne for several years now, we met in DC because Suzanne was a coaching partner with the triathlon club. Suzanne has an infectious enthusiasm for fitness and healthy living. And even though she has a rock hard body, there is nothing intimidating about her… she makes even the most timid, non-​active person feel immediately at home. And that’s what recess is designed to do… get you comfortable with exercise through age-​old activities that you did as a child! I participated in recess and got a really great workout, and double core workout because we were laughing and having so much fun! I highly recommend Suzanne for anyone who is looking to take that first step towards living a more healthy and fit life… and for anyone looking to spice their current routing up a bit and try something retro and FUN!
