Just spent $ 11 on yogurt. Should have trusted the Unilocal reviews. I don’t mind paying for quality, but everything was so-so. With Pinkberry and Yogurtland close, I don’t think this place is going to survive.

If you are looking for something refreshingly light after a heavy dinner in the food court a few steps away you’ll find this quaint and inviting place. Sunny and bright and always immaculately clean, the yogurt is always yummy and it comes in several different flavors. The toppings bar is always near and clean and the customer service is very friendly.

This place is too expensive. They charged me $ 7.44 for the small cup. there are a few things about this place that I just couldn’t help but to write a review. First, the ice cream was okay… I like the sorbet. however, they didnt have peanut butter. Which is my friends favorite. So, he didnt get anything. My other friend settled on orange sorbert but they didnt have strawberries, mango, or kiwi. The cashier had the nerves to say they are better than yogurtland… finally, I picked a flavor. I liked caramel salted pretzel. the machine pumped out ice cream so fast. I barely touched the tap. I was forced to have more than I expected. I said to myself, no biggie, ok I ll just pick a topping And moved on. What makes the experience so bad, is that when I got to the register .I already had my money in my hand. and I saw the price. and I said wait a min… thats too expensive.$ 7 for a cup of froyo??? The cashier snatches the $ 20 out of my hand and rings me up!!! In 5 secs, it was so fast, I didnt even blink. I told her, no! I dont want to spend that much. and she says… sorry too late… wtf? Then she added, we dont give refunds. This place is a ripoff. they called security on me, and the security guard told them to give me back my money, I wasn’t irate, I was calm, after all the shenanigans, I got my money back.

I went in here expecting YogurtLand style yogurt. What I got was yogurt that was at par but way overpriced, with rude employees. Definitely not going here again.

Love this Tutti Frutti! The flavor selection is awesome and changes often.(salted caramel — the BEST) The customer service is great. The employees at the counter treat you like a best friend rather then a customer. Wound up talking to them(Maggie and Evette) for like two hours! That being said– The downside is that they don’t carry cereal and it is a bit pricier then other locations. This is most likely due to the high profile location. Still, cant get enough of that creamy crack.

Yogurt was just that, yogurt… not frozen! It was watery and melted almost instantly into my cup. Customer service was pretty much nonexistant — no greeting, no offer for sample cups, and the employees talked to each other even while ringing us up. Price was the cherry on top — we paid $ 8 for two half-full cups. Only reasons why I won’t give 0 stars is because Unilocal won’t let me and they had cappuccino flavor hehe. Never going there again.

Das Yoghurteis ist super und wie immer kann man alles selbst zapfen und die Topings wählen. Leider gab es keine M&Ms. Es gibt auch 2 Probebecher.

Mango is incredible. Silky strawberry and bday cake were ok. Soybean was chalky and weird. Mango mango mango!!!

Came here after the beach after wanting something cold. This place is great but the only thing it is missing is fruity pebbles and captain crunch. In my opinion, those are two staples for fro yo. The flavors are great, especially the strawberry and cheesecake swirl!

Tutti Frutti does the trick ro fix a fro-yo craving if you find yourself at Santa Monica Place. I would never go out of my way to go to Tutti Frutti and I don’t think there’s anything special about it at all, but if I’m there, and I’m craving fro-yo, it’s fine. Flavor selection is just okay, fro-yo is good not great, and the location is a bit small and crowded, but like I said, it’s fine. I didn’t notice the price differential, I figure you’re only go to go here if you’re already at Santa Monica place and it’s not like a few cents an ounce is going to make a difference at that point.

I will not be returning back to this establishment. .59cents an oz. The yogurt was ok, but charging almost double what every other frozen yogurt establishment charges me, me thinks not…

This place charges 0.55 per ounce. This is way more than any other FroYo location, and this store is not«special.» Rent is expensive everywhere in LA. The frozen yogurt is exactly average, but for the price this place is a no-go.

I used to frequent this amazing fro-yo location! It is soo good and much better than many other frozen yogert shops such as Pink Berry. They have a wide selections of flavors, mango was my favorite and tons of topping choices. You can get every kind of candy or opt for healthier selections with the fruit. Other reivews have menitoned a price raise at this Tutti Fruitti compared to others but I suppose it is due to awesome location — of course I didn’t seem to mind. It is worth every penny. Twist is another frozen yogurt place that is near Tutti Fruitit which is good but doesn’t taste quite as good as TF. I am pretty sure it is less expensive but then again it’s not in as good of a location.

Beware of this Tutti Frutti location… they charge twice the price as every other Tutti Frutti place in LA… of course, you only discover this as you are preparing to pay.(They have taped a sign with a new price over the standard price that all the other Tutti Frutti locations use). I recently discovered TF at their Lincoln location and thought I’d found a new favorite FroYo place… but after this encounter, I won’t be heading back to any of them… I refuse to do business with places that would support this kind of behavior.

Offensively overpriced! I frequent self serve frozen yogurt places such as Menchies and Twist. The average price for yogurt at any of these establishments is .39 cents per oz. I was aware that the price was higher at this Tutti Frutti location because the last time I was there the yogurt was .44 cents per oz. No problem, worth it for the location as I work nearby. However, when I went up to pay with my very small yogurt I was in total shock when the clerk told me it would be $ 4.50. It was only then that I looked up to see that they had placed a temporary sign over the old sign stating that yogurt is now .59 cents an oz. I believe that this probably sets a national record. If someone actually bought a normal size yogurt it would easily be $ 8. It is obvious that their goal is to rip off all of the tourists in the area who let their kids fill their yogurt cups and are then stuck with a huge bill. The poor woman in front of me had 3 kids and about fell over when they told her the bill(3 yogurts — $ 24). She ended up having to pay with a credit card. Shame Shame Tutti Frutti.

Lets see, they strictly only give 2 sample cups, the one and only employee was chatting away in a foreign language on his bluetooth ear piece the entire time he rang me up, they charge twice as much for their yogurt as every other place in Los Angeles, AND its packed with tourists. Will not be venturing back to the top of the Santa Monica Place mall for this nonsense.

So I’ve been to a few other Tutti Frutti’s before, and when I visited this place this past Sunday, I was surprised at the new flavor they had… SOY So, im not a health freak or anything, but their«Soy» flavor was a surprise to me. It actually tasted like SOY! I drink soy here and there, specially SILKSOY milk. Anyways… to get back on topic, its a flavor definitely worth the try. I enjoyed it, and would def buy it again. Im just wondering when the Tutti Frutti FROYO store near my house will get it. Try it if you ever get the time to visit them. I absolute love their Tart flavors also! Overall the store was clean, but I didn’t really hang out in the store. Nice location and you can see it all the way from downstairs!

Not bad… kind of unkempt inside though which grossed me out. Spilled toppings on the floor, melting yogurt puddles underneath the self-serve levers… ewwww. Ahhh well, I grabbed some anyway. Banana, Vanilla, and Orange… all were tasty, banana in particular was yummmmmmmmmmy. I’d get that fo’ sho’ if they have it next time I’m around. The line was slow-moving, but I remedied that by handing a buck to the poor broke dude fishing through his change at the head of the line(pay it forward friend!) The outdoor seating area on the 3rd floor of Santa Monica place is fantastic for people watching and the weather was fabulous. A-OK

Hated this place! I’d rather go to the non-self-serve Pinkberry across the street. First of all, the price per ounce is higher than any Yogurtland I’ve ever visited. Second, the quality is far inferior to other fro yo places. The texture is grainy and watery and the flavors are not very distinct. Third, they only give you ONE sample cup and post signs all over the place stating that«you may only use one cup per flavor.» Well, uhm, give me 3 or 4 then. Pretty ridiculous. But you want to know the kicker? Unidentified(curly) hair in the toppings that ended up in our yogurt. Absolutely unacceptable, disgusting and a complete turnoff. Look, I’m not typically picky or harsh(check out my other reviews!), but this place ranks extremely low on my food list. I wouldn’t go back there myself, and I certainly don’t recommend it to anyone reading this Unilocal review.

Ok this is a review for Tutti Fruitti on a labor day weekend at 3pm. The traffic in the store is HORRIBLE! OMG … Question: Does a woman with 4(3 – 8 years old kid) really have get into Tutti Frutti and give each of them a bowl to hold up the line for 30+ people?!(oh btw, I am sure she is expecting a 50+ dollars bill cos each of her kids FILLED their cups, leaking and still going…) Everyone in the store was pushing through the yogurt machine, people were yelling — «hey could you start another register?!», my ice cream was melting. Ouch! that’s WAYCHAOTIC.

I knew this mall(excuse me, I mean, lifestyle center) is expensive but I didn’t realize it also applied to froyo. If you want froyo that’s overpriced by 50%, this is the hot spot! My Yogurtland charges 30 cents and some other froyo places charge 33 cents to 39 cents an ounce but it’s just outrageous to charge 45 cents. If I wasn’t so damn hungry still after my Ozumo dinner, I would’ve waltzed right out of Tutti Frutti. The froyo itself isn’t any better than Yogurtland’s. The toppings aren’t better either. In fact, the cheesecake bites were inferior to Yogurtland’s. Yet the insane price? I guess Santa Monica Place is just not for me.
