I thought that when you walk into one of these places, you’re supposed to get about 3 or 4 people approaching you eagerly wanting to help you out. It was the opposite case here, which really upset me because I really was depending on that support. I wanted someone to help me find a phone that had the best reception. I told them that right away. They pointed to my name on a monitor hanging on the ceiling indicating that I am next in line for someone to help me and just to wait. I waited sooooooooooooo long. It was about 15 minutes, that was too long for me in this place. When the guy showed up he hardly acknowledged me. I’m just going to skip over his lazy attitude and just skip to the worse part. He tried to tell me it doesnt matter what phone I have I am still going to get the same reception. That is Bull! I already like Verizon Wireless, I wanted to actually find a PHONE that could give me better service. I KNOW that different phones have different services. He was such a waste of my time and I just walked out. I dont know what else to tell you about this place other than it was awful customer service.

Sorry, changing things up. No one at this store has any clue what’s going on. I thought I was lied to several times but I think they’re just encouraged by their bosses to guess what the answer might be. I walked in here one time recently and it felt like a wake and it felt like the scene from Beatlegeusse(sp?) in the waiting room for the damned. It’s worth it to go to the Corporate Store in MDR. Good people and much more efficient.
