Del Taco

Where else can you fill your belly for just a couple of bucks? And with actually rather tasty fare? I am costantly amazed at how they do it.
Sure, I admit, I usually spend a bit more for the costlier items these days, but it is sometimes fun to relive my impoverished youth and see how little it takes to fill me up. Reasonably tasty food in a wide range of price options. Good for any income level!

I’ve never had any problems with the food. I think it’s pretty good. Pretty comparable to most other Del Tacos.

I’m forced to go to this Del Taco because it’s the closest one to me and they have good cheap food but HORRIBLE customer service! Such rude girls running the place. I went in there one time when one of the girls wasn’t wearing her uniform, just one of her old band tshirt. They never pay attention the the customers because they are always chit-​chatting with each other.

If I ever go to a fast food restaurant for hard shell tacos is Del Taco. Maybe it’s the location but damn no smiles at all. It looks like its full of people who don’t enjoy their jobs. I mean I love mine and I try my best to make somebody’s day. I don’t care where I’m working at but to be nice to people it’s a must when you’re working any type of job and you’re dealing with people. I don’t have a problem with the location in Ventura.

Food COLD. Fries cold and Hamburger warm not hot .
Fake smiles. people work there don’t care about food give out.

Cheapest fast food around. Love their quesadilla and choices of Hot sauce. Del scorcho and del Inferno are a real hot, not an American hot, and service is quick. Deciding from all the menu choices takes the time.
In the hall connecting Del Taco to a convenience store are large bathrooms.

Used to like this location when we first moved to Santa Paula, but has gotten worse since. Service is not speedy at all, and the food is mediocre, or what you would expect from Del Taco. I would recommend the location in Ventura over this one.

This is a nasty disgusting restaurant. The restaurant has a awful smell and it’s full of flies. When you look under the tables you see a black layer of dirt and grime in the corners. This place should be shut down thoroughly clean before serving another burrito. If you can wait to get to a Del Taco in Ventura you would be better off at least you would not worried about the sanitation of the food preparation. Where is a health inspector when you need one.

The first time I went there I ordered a fiesta pack… All of the burritos were messy. I mean it looked like the burritos had the shits, the sauce was all over the place. The root beer was terrible it tasted old and dirty. Then this last time I went in OMG it was so dirty. The floors were so filthy I can’t believe how disgusting it was. I will NEVER order food from that nasty place again!!!

They share bathrooms with the gas station and the bathroom was filthy. I was on a road trip and my husband was hungry and stopped to get food. I needed to use the potty so I figured Del taco was perfect. On the plus side they had a nice spot for my doggie to potty.

It’s Del Taco. I’m passing through and hey, they have to have some standard of quality, right? Maybe they should let you know you get a special side when you order here. Food poisoning.
Strike one: they got my order wrong. I ordered two burritos, two fries, two tacos. Red or green sauce, they asked. NONE. NO SAUCE. I hate that shizz. I’m in their drive thru so I get my order and get back on the road to lake piru, open a burrito and take a bite, it’s full of red sauce. Seriously? But it’s a big we’r going to the lake day so I keep going.
Strike two: i give my kid the fries and they’re cold. we’re not a BLOCK from this place and the fries are already cold. are you KIDDING ME?
Strike three: about 40 min after eating this crap both my kid and I get the runs. I wont elaborate. It was gross and painful and horrible and the burrito was the only thing that we ate in common all day.
Del Taco? Time for some quality control.

Good cheap food. Try it out. Cheesecake bites and strawberry shake really stand out, and the spicy jack quesadilla is a nice remake of a classic.
