Terrible service and they are scamming customers! They only do delivery after 10pm and they charge $ 3.49 delivery fee.

If I could leave no stars I would, this place doesn’t even deserve one. First of all calling to order here is ridiculous, they never ask you for your method of payment and always get your order wrong. I ordered bacon on my pizza and when it got here, it was burnt !! It wasn’t even bacon it was like they threw charcoal on it, I’m not even kidding. Whoever is baking the pizzas has absolutely no care or regard for the paying customers. This place is terrible.

The pizza is on par with Little Ceasars, which is also in town, but costs more. Location is hidden for the most part, which makes it difficult to pick up. Small location as well, which means a line out the door if its busy.

Worse service ever. Their driver speaks zero English and is lost with my dinner. Two hours later I get it. No Im not being charged but news flash… this is the United States hire people who speak English and you will not receive negative reviews.

This review is based soled on service. I called and placed an order, but despite how many ways I tries to explain it, the employee couldn’t understand putting toppings on a ¼ on the pizza. As a former employee of Dominos this was so frustrating to be lied to about being able to arrange the toppings a certain way.

I don’t know what is going on with Domino’s. They used to be pretty good, and I have ordered from them for years. A couple of years ago they were touting all those commercials about how they were going to step it up and make better pizza,. well it seems quite the opposite! The last time I ordered pizza recently is most likely the last time ever from this place. It was worse than a frozen pizza and I mean that sincerely. We used a coupon, got two medium pizzas that looked like cardboard with a smear of sauce and almost no cheese. A sprinkle of toppings and they call it good. The only way anyone could enjoy that is if they were starving or drunk, maybe… I should have complained but decided to just Unilocal it instead. Yuck! They send out these coupons, then they go cheap to make money on it, and the result is unhappy customers and a bad reputation.

I rarely write a bad review but… from the time I ordered to the time I got my pizza(and I called three times to check on the status) was… never! After 2 ½ hours I cancelled the order. I can’t even believe how ridiculous the service was! At least the girl at the store was trying to be helpful, but the driver just disappeared.

I’ll admit, dominos is not my favorite pizza. Probably not even in my top ten, but this place is close, open late, delivers and is fast. It seems like everything in Santa Paula closes at 9 for some reason, but dominos stays open until midnight I think. We ordered the special 3 medium pizzas with unlimited toppings for 26 bucks. It was great. I love that you can watch what’s going on with your pizza and who’s making it online and there is different themes that all have funny commentary. Our order was taken care of super quickly and delivered in under 30 minutes. I had regular crust which was delicious. The other two pizzas were thin crust which was also a big hit. Since nothing else was open, we went here. Nothing to complain about here. Yummy pizza.

Got a regular pepperoni pizza an order of cheesy breadstix and the new«fancy«pizza. All 3 were disgusting! ok the regular pizza was edible bit tasted just like the«old«recipe, which I never really liked but could afford. The breadstix were cold and had barely any cheese and was very dry and bland. The new pizza, can’t remember what its called but its a rectangle shape not round. I swear it looks and tastes like its made with a flour tortilla and not pizza crust. It was so thin and floopy I could not pick it up. We had to kind of roll it like a burrito. Also none of them were wearing nets or hats on their head and the girl answering the phones went from making pizza to taking a call all w/o wearing gloves or washing hands. Will never eat at Dominos again no matter how poor or hungry I am!
