What an amazing, clean, well organized Kmart. The staff was seriously lovely-it’s obviously managed very well(kudos manager!!). I’d like to especially send a shout out to Jesse. I asked him about a table tennis set and he checked and said they were out, then came to find me at the checkout to say he found one and could get it for me. He was already done work, but he stayed, and together with Michael they carried it out and loaded it into the car for me. Super lovely guys-give them both raises!

I don’t recommend people to buy pampers or wipes for babies here… I came to return two packages of pampers did not want to return them or exchange for a bigger size and they said NO cuz I had no receive. I did not want to make a big deal so, I just brought them home. Just want to say you just lost a customer… Thank god it was just pampers I would have gotten pissed if it was something more expensive. Oh, you should get friendlier customer service by the way cuz the one their had a bad attitude not just with me.

The good and bad thing about Kmart is that the store is off of the Peck Road exit before you get to Santa Paula from Ventura. Parking is always available in its very own lot, but I have to remember to take the exit. It isn’t like you happen to drive by, you have to plan to shop here. Believe it or not, I find good shoe deals. They are displayed like a payless shoe store and I can usually find my size. Household items are well represented and they have Craftsman tools with reasonable prices. Checkout is usually pretty busy but they have gotten better about calling for backup. When I need propane, the guys are good about going outside and exchanging the tanks for me. They like to escape to the outdoors probably.
