Thanks for the crappy, cold, dead fries you just served me. Maybe your manager should put down the clipboard and actually manage the quality of food. I’ll never eat here again.

I am not a fan of any McDonalds and this one doesnt help with that thinking. the food is about as good as any other McDonalds, and nothing here tells me that this one is any better than the others. Just not a fan. I take the kids on occasion, but I wont eat there.

Sometimes it’s good, but most the time my mcmuffin is screwed up some how, shells/no cheese/sloppy design.

I just got done writing them a letter on their feedback page, so instead of retyping what happened, I’m just going to paste it here: I ordered 1 small vanilla ice cream cone dipped in chocolate and 1 cheeseburger. The problem was with the ice cream cone and the way that it was prepared. The girl at the drive through window handed me the ice cream cone and immediately I realized she had done it wrong, but when I looked up to tell her she had already moved away from the window and the window had closed. I waited, but she didn’t return. When she handed me the ice cream cone, it was misshapen and lopsided and the chocolate hard coating was not completely covering the vanilla ice cream and it didn’t go all the way down to the cone. There was almost an inch gap between where the hard chocolate coating ended and the cone began, so there was vanilla ice cream melting at quite an alarming rate all down my hand and onto my new clothing. I thought if I ate it fast it would be okay, however, the chocolate coating had been dipped several times therefore it was so thick, that I could not even bite through it, on an attempt to, the entire thing in one big chunk came off and was one hard solid unbreakable mass of chocolate. I was trying to figure out what to do with it, because I couldn’t hold it and have it melting on me and drive, so I had to stop my car and jump out and throw it in the trash can outside of the grocery store. It was so bad, I had chocolate all smeared all over my nose and brand new silk shirt and vanilla ice cream completely melting all over my hand. I always order these dipped cones from Fosters down the street, but tonight I thought I’d try McDonald’s to see if the ice cream was good. I honestly couldn’t imagine why the person who dipped my cone had to dip it for so many times that the chocolate was 1⁄3 of an inch thick, it was outrageously thick! These cones should be dipped in a THIN coating of chocolate, one time, completely to the cone so that the ice cream is sealed into a nice thin chocolate shell which can easily be broken and bitten in to. This thing she handed me was a nightmare and it was melting and dripping because she didn’t seal the chocolate coating to the cone like she was supposed to. Ruined my new shirt(I was dressed up) and upset me. I’ll never go to McDonald’s again for ice cream, that was the worst experience I have ever had with such an easy item! I am going to Unilocal!this. Because I want to warn others not to trust the staff at making these correctly, this was cruel, she had to have known before she handed it to me that it was completely a wreck, and yet she still shoved it into my hand and then slammed the window closed and didn’t come back. By the way, the cheeseburger was completely cold and tasted like it had sat there a long time. I usually love McDonald’s cheeseburgers but I am pretty sure this night time crew made these a lot earlier and didn’t make any fresh ones, this one was very dry and not even warm. I took one bite and threw it away too. I feel like I just wasted my money. I tried to call someone at the number on the receipt 5 minutes after I left and there was no answer. It rang forever and no one picked up. The number I dialed was: 805−525−1980. Store#3993 KS#15 One star, but I wish I could give it zero stars! Not good… not good. I think if they hire new employees they really need to spend some time training them right. I’m not even sure if this person was new, but she sure wasn’t very polite. — — — — — – updated Review: I did get a phone call from the corporate office appologizing to me over the problem I mentioned. They sent me 5 «Free Meal» Cards to make up for it and offered to pay my dry cleaning bill. For that I am happy… but I will only raise the rating if they can offer better service. The last few times I went, using the ‘free meal’ cards the people taking my order never asked me if I want to super size or not, so I am not sure if they stopped doing it or the people just don’t have training or just disregard their training. But, whatever, they just took my order, never asked me to supersize and didn’t offer any other items, which is fine. Got to window and they seemed apathetic… no smile or anything. I’m not sure what is wrong with these employees at this location but we are talking no smiles on their faces what-so-ever.

GOD I hate this place! BUT it’s the only one in my small town ! there is this one chick there that is like a robot! When you drive through to order she NEVER lets you finish your sentence before she is jumping to the next thing — ME” humm I’ll have the chicken nugget happy…” HER -«4 or 6 piece» ME — «ahh the 4 for a girrrrr» HER — «what to drink?» ME — «a lemon» HER — 5.75 at the first window” ME — DUDE I’M NOTFUCKENDONE! — ok so you get my point — she sucks and should be cleaning bathrooms or something — anyway — they let anyone off the street stay there like all day — and the coffee that I love so much with caramel in it is always jacked up ! We have one starbucks in our town within VONS and if you get there to late in the morning you are screwed — so McDonalds is my last resort — I needs my CAFFEINEBABY ! I am addicted to McDdonals BUT hate this particular location!
