talked to chris, to replace transmission cooler in a radiator he gave me a good price and he said i could have it back the same day, thy didnt get it done, waited untill 6 pm and called to find out it was still not done and chris told me that i would be at my shop first thing in am. the radiator showed up at 11:30 am, installed radiator and found out that did not replace the transmission cooler but removed it, chris told me that i wanted it removed which i did not, they told me that thy would pick up the radiator and repair it but i was looking at 2 days, i told them that wont work i need it today my client needs his truck. mike told me if i didnt like this he give me my money back and go to dutton radiator. he said that he would return my money in 2 days. called dutton radiator and he had a radiator that was for this 1970 chevy pickup for 100.00. if its service that you want dont go to 1800 radiator but to dutton radiator they go out of there way to help you there phone # is 707÷526÷6500

Chris and Mike at 1 800 Radiator in Santa Rosa saved us $ 500 on a radiator replacement and installation compared to a quote from our local mechanic. Extra air conditioning maintenance was given and the total was still under their phone quote. They didn’t make me wait longer than promised. Good news is they are also all around mechanics for future auto repair needs!
