This company is completely inept in their handling of the warranty of my roof, a home inspection and 3 other roofing contractor’s all agree… Work was done poorly and not installed correctly!!! And yet they say they inspected my address??? First of all my address on their E-mail is incorrect, I have security cameras showing NO ONE was here other then people contracted by myself!!! im actually in process of uniting my fellow neighbors who’ve had or will have major problems with their roofs and exhaust stacks, vents and exc… my only hope is they don’t file bankruptcy before we can all get compensated for the repairs needed to our homes:)))

Great Guys! Our garage door opener broke over the New Year and the door was too heavy to lift. We called the company we bought it from on Monday morning. They said they couldn’t come out until Wednesday or Thursday to take a look. How bad is that! We called Don at ALCAL he understood how important it was for us to get into the garage ASAP. James the Service Tech was at the house within an hour of our call. He was the nicest guy, he found the problem, ran back to the shop, got the parts and had us up and running by noon! They really went the extra mile. Just when you think nobody cares anymore James and Don stepped up and got it done. We will be customers for life.

Be sure to review the complaint we have made to the state contractors licesning board and the complaints others have made.
Do not be fooled by the fancy web site and the phony references. You will be very sorry with the workmanship and the resistance to finish a job properly.
And also to finish the job! Stunning that they are still in business in Northern California
