Brilliant installation. On time and all adjustments for my weird garage profile were made without changing the quote price.
I don’t know how one guy can manage the hulking old door removals but he does it somehow.
Prides himself on a clean job.

We had a most delightful experience with Andy and we would highly recommend him. He was professional, friendly, flexible and one with high integrity. Initially we hired two «garage door installers» to put up a Home Depot (HD) door. However, HD didn’t have the door that they said they had. Don’t get me wrong, I usually love HD, but things didn’t work out right. Anyway, Andy had the perfect garage door for our needs. He delivered the door when he said he would. We were on a tight schedule and he stuck to his words. Our installers were having trouble installing the side track railings, not having the right part, and they weren’t being fully honest about their capabilities. I called Andy and he had the part we needed and he was coming into Sebastopol to see another customer so he offered to drop the part off. He took a peek at the garage door, assessed the situation and politely offered some support with the installers. He then asked if he could be of help and the one installer sheepishly stepped down from the ladder. Within 10 minutes, Andy, the master installer, whipped it together with all of us standing in amazement. He saved the day! He only charged me for the $ 10.00 part, and I wouldn’t accept that. Being self-​employed for many years, I know how each customer is important and Andy has what is rare today, good ol’ fashion values and went beyond his call of duty. Thank you Andy… you’re awesome!

Great fast service for a house I manage in Bodega Bay! Andy was very nice and did a great job with making the door work smoother and programming a new keypad remote.

They installed the garage door in my house about 3 – 4 months ago, and one side of the shaft came loose from its bracket. The garage of course couldn’t close like that. i had someone come out to repair it. Turns out they didn’t cut the shaft long enough.
