Applebee’s

Not a huge fan of Applebee’s normally but this one is good! I love their food and can’t beat the late night happy hour! $ 4 long islands! The best part is they have tablets and games for kids… which is always nice for the parents to be able to enjoy a peaceful meal.

Great food. Had the wood fire grilled porkchop. Excellent! Service rocked. Tried the new peach sour cocktail that was awesome too. This site is by far the best Applebee’s in the county

Everytime I’ve eaten here, service has been good and the food is good! Last night our waiter Jose aka Junior was on top of it from the beginning. He knew the menu very well and had great recommendations for entrees! If anyone gets him as a waiter you will be in good hands! The appetizer I highly recommend is the Honey Boneless BBQ wings and my favorite dessert is the triple chocolate melt down! I always have to get those two items when I’m there! :)

This place has really gone down hill. I used to enjoy a quick meal here while shopping, but the last two times has been garbage. The pictures in the menu’s look great, what gets delivered looks like something regurgitated, and doesn’t taste much better. Example, the Loaded Brisket Enchilada’s… looked and tasted aweful and was the consistency of baby food. The side rice was hard and toothy. like it had been around a long time and dried out.
I will never go there again. Even Costco has a better sandwich.

This review is just on the gluten free food, I have eaten here before being diagnosed with celiacs and the food is good.
Please don’t try to eat here if you have Celiacs… They have a wide list of «gluten free», however the «gluten free» stuff is fried in the same fryer as the regular food, and the gluten free food is made in the same dirty pans as regular food, might be okay for someone who is slightly intolerant to gluten or other allergies. But not okay for celiacs. Even gluten free salad, has shredded cheese on it, witch is not safe due to the anti caking agent that the factory uses. My mom enjoyed her lunch the waitress was friendly as was the manager, I’m not knocking the restaurant by any means. Just making sure people know it’s not celiac friendly. make sure everyone is eating safe.

My wife and i have been going to applebees in windsor ca since it opened a few years ago. the last few times we had their steak for lunch it was inedible. toughest steak i have ever had at a restaurant. at one time it was fairly good then it slid to almost ok now it has dipped to an all time low. to add insult to the situation they are now charging 6.75 for a pint of beer at lunchtime. they are officially off of our lunch plans for good. the one and only thing that is acceptable is the service. good people, lousy food and prices..

always fast! we come here because with a newborn and toddler fast service is a plus!!! we have encountered the absolute BEST waiter here EVER his name is junior i believe and he is just absolutely amazing.
they served me the steak and half way through i realized it was undercooked and mostly fat, so although i tried to eat around the raw and fatty areas i thought i would tell them something just for future reference. Junior arranged for them to give me my dinner free.
we always go there and ask for him… he is the best ! no joke

We had not been here in about five years. We now remember why. The place was fully staffed and only half full. It took us over 90 minutes to get our order. There were only two of us. His steak was cold and my lime chicken was too. Luckily, they comped pur order but it will be another five years or more before we try Applebee’s again!

My burger was perfect. I need to say that I have never been to a restaurant that the salad was brought to us the same time as our burger was it by the manager we were like expressed wow not cool he was like here’s your food we where shocked ! WHO DOES THAT ?? I give the burger five stars but the Kashmir of the staff well I didn’t tip waitress even rolled her eyes when I made a suggestion. And that’s why I didn’t tip. If I was the manager I would of offered to put our burgers in oven till we ate our salads it just ruined the dinner really sad cause we told him why are you bringing our salad with our burgers? Oh my friend said Salmon was great so she gave salmon five stars

A very family friendly environment. A kind of place one could feel content in spending a night where the wife, or single dad, doesn’t want to cook. It’s currently 8:50pm on a Sunday night. The place is lively and the staff are buzzing around taking care of business. This review is based on a one time visit where I sat at the bar. I cannot comment on services provided at the tables/​booth.

Terrible service and too pricey for the food we got.
Three of us ordered the salmon and vegetable dinner. One ordered the sirloin steak and one ordered a salad. One salmon dinner came and we asked for silverware so we could eat. After many minutes the second salmon dinner came and again we asked for silverware. After many more minutes the third salmon dinner came and still no silverware. The fourth dinner didn’t come until we were all finished with our cold dinner. The salad came after the dinner was served. All of the orders had problems and no one got what they really ordered.
The manager did not charge us for our meal after some discussions back and forth.
If you want a little piece of salmon a few tablespoons of vegetables for $ 15 and no bread and no salads or soup included, then I guess Applebee’s is for you. You would be better off going somewhere else.

Forgot to include several items, including the dressing for 2 salads, forgot sides to entrees…
Food that was received was not very good.
You’d think that take out for 2 at $ 40 not including a very generous tip would be much better than this, even drive thru’s can get this right… I do not recommend going here!

Not much to report. Once again yet another applebee’s with poor service. It must be in the independent franchise handbook. «Long wait times for service. Poor cooked food» This place did have a pleasant hostess.

Tried to order on line (house bound) after five attempt’s at entering card # to no avail I called the SRAve location and was passed three times up the chain of command, all very polite, to resolve issue. I ended up as a phone in order. What’s the point of having” on line order «if you can’t order on line. I wish I’d have read the reviews 1^st, must have been 50 complaints exactly the same. If it wasn’t for the food being so good I’d go elsewhere. Fix it people!!!

Last time I went (about 6 months ago) I had the worst experience with a waitress ever. She was very rude. For ex. I asked her to bring me a to go box I obviously had a lot of food left and she brought me a cup!!! She was nice to my bf but mean to me. We both left and haven’t gone back since she also gave me rude looks and it was just uncomfortable the food was good though

Rude, rude, rude. From the moment we came in, (party of 5) to the moment we left, they ignored us and made us feel unwelcome. We came in about 9:30 pm, there were only about 5 or 6 tables in use. The kid who was playing host looked at us, walked by us, and went to clear a table. There were about 20 clean tables to seat us, but he ignored us. A second server had to go get him to seat us.
Our sever came, gave us menus, took our drink orders and left. It took a long while to get our drinks, and she seemed annoyed with us. Obviously she wanted to go home and didn’t want to take care of a bunch of pesky customers who spent over $ 120.
We had to ask about our orders of starters twice, took 30 minutes, (I timed it) and two requests to get a refill on my ice tea. They said they were brewing it and it would take a while. I was not offered another beverage in its place.
We were all well dressed, 3 adults, 2 teens. There was no reason for such poor customer service.
Two of the party are in the tourist industry, the other works for the City of Santa Rosa. Bad idea Applebee’s! We are telling everyone we know how awful you are.

Last resort late night dining.
Did our drink order and it’s been 10 minutes and no drinks. There is just nothing pleasant to say about this place. Food is mediocre, environment is friendly and cheery.

TERRIBLE!!! Let’s just say I went to kfc right after and got better food and service. My wife and I went in to have some lunch after a long day at Costco, wet got seated at a two person table when we told them that we need a table for 6. They acted like this was an inconvenience for them. After pur friends got there we ordered drinks, my wife and I got our drinks relatively fast I got a beer she had some mixed drink which was totally terrible. Our friends just ordered sodas and water which literally took them at least 20 minutes to bring. And this place was empty (should of taken that note in when it’s a Saturday) my wife ordered a salad which was basically a handful lettuce and a croûton.
Our friend. Got a well done burger which was not a piece of meat floating in blood. We told the waitress we were not satisfied, she rolled her eyes and huffed and walked a way.
Then the manager can buy a table and asked us what was wrong. We told him that we weren’t satisfied and he said oh I’m sorry. Would you like a dessert. We said no and he just walked away mid conversation. While we were there at least 3 couples walked out because no one came to their table. They graves our bill and charged us for a rack of ribs, which we didn’t pay for!
Worse waitress who’s ever served me, she should be fired on spot! Her name was Sara or Sandra or Susan. Something. Like that. Short tubby girl that doesn’t smile.
Ruined Applebee for me.

Great service for a packed night. considering we have 20+ in our group and the World Series was on. (And during happy hour they aren’t skimp on the alcohol)

Went to a late lunch here recently even after I read all the bad reviews. I see nothing wrong with this establishment. Super friendly staff and fast service. I believe all the bad reviews but I guess it’s all about timing with this place. I had a great experience! Impressive selection of beers considering it’s an Applebee’s lol.
