I’ve worked with a number of different Property Managers, Rental Companies, and just homeowners renting their spaces — but these guys are the absolute best by a HUGE margin!
Dave, I believe the owner and manager of the business, takes care of everything personally. He is absolutely on the ball: easy to reach, very quick to respond to any complaint or concern no matter what time of day or night. He’s professional, always returns his phone calls (a big plus in this business) and thorough while also making things easy.
It was a joy to rent an apartment from him (we were there for a full year, although originally we negotiated a six-​month lease and were month-​to-​month for the rest) and a pleasure working with him.
We just moved out this past week, so I can freely say that in every part of the process, Dave rocks.
