Thanks to the entire squad for their excellent service. Morning was very busy and they multi tasked very well to make sure everyone was taken care of. Big shout out to Dee, Haley, Andrew, and Cammy. Minor issues came up and they solved them quickly and efficiently. Always my go to store for all my mobile needs. Brad the manager runs a great store.

Brad is the man, I went in to the store and was treated like a king. I started off with one phone which I didn’t like and I went back to the store and brad quickly switched me at no charge. Customer service is great here. Only place I’ll buy my phones from now on.

Josue, Brad, and D have such great customer service I can gladly say if your having any type of electronic issues you will be in good hands with one of them! Renewed my 2 year service agreement here with Sprint and bought 2 new hot phones with accessories. Brad assisted us within seconds of entering this seriously packed store. I was highly impressed with the service and professionalism we received. Will be back again and definately will tell others! Thank you so much for all your help. It could be a nice store but I’d avoid it. Management is friendly and knowledgable but the staff is far the opposite. I bought my phone here and nearly walked out b/c of the long wait time which ended up being poor communication by the staff. Also I picked up the Best Buy iPhone insurance and was told I had to give up my phone and wait 2 weeks until a replacement would arrive for a cracked screen. I’m looking into the main store and am hoping for better luck.

This guys are rude and act like they know everything when they don’t. You can’t act like you know everything when it comes to sales. You listen to your customers and give a personalized solution. Get with the program«Best» buy.

Brad and Jonathan(dig the beard by the way dude) were very professional and took care of everything my wife and I needed. I am all about personal and friendly service and these guys deliver. I will never go anywhere else for help with phones hotspots or tablets. Thanks guys!

OK, so I posted a one star review earlier, then removed it because I felt bad. However, I have now changed my mind. After calling repeatedly for over an hour and NOT getting any sort of answer — no machine, no person asking if they can call me back, no NOTHING, I’ve decided to post this because the way they are doing business there is completely unacceptable. How is it legit business to let your phone literally ring off the hook for an hour and never once answer it? How is it legit business to then take the phone off the hook so people cannot continue to call? I will never buy another product from Best Buy. This is absolutely ridiculous. Shame on management for letting their store operate this way. «We’re busy» is NOEXCUSE… but I didn’t even get any sort of excuse because oh that’s right! Nobody will pick up. I’d love for the manager to inspect my call log so they can see exactly how many times nobody picked up the phone, however, the whole reason I’m calling if because my friggin’ $ 700 phone won’t work. Additionally, I will say the service we got when we were in the store was good. However, for other people, maybe not so much. We were being helped by one guy and the other kept peeking his head out of the back room and saying«I’m on break.» So not cool(and apparently the loooooooongest 10 minute break ever — we were there for almost an hour activating two new phones). Two other couples that I noticed walked out because they couldn’t get anybody to help them. And there were at one point a ton of people in the store, but since the guy helping us was at one register and the other kid was hiding in the back on his break, we never actually saw anybody else buy anything… perhaps more of those people left due to terrible lack of attention.
