I just bought a townhome and contracted with Cal Pacific for a new heating and air conditioning unit. Patrick McGranahan, owner, understood my urgency and his professional attitude helped me thru a stressful period of buying a new home. His bid was detailed and fairly priced. Even after a few unknown problems had to be added to his workload, he kept the cost to the original bid. He utilized his contacts to bring in help if needed. His communication skills were great and always explained the process and status to me. He never talked down to me as sometimes as a woman happens. I felt taken care of with Patrick and trust him completely.

Patrick and his team do very good work. I needed a new heater during a very cold spell and was fit into an already busy schedule. I also needed my heating ducts replaced and both were done efficiently and at a good price Thanks Mike M

Patrick from Cal-​Pacific is the consummate professional. I not only have the opportunity to live in the same neighborhood, he also did my heater install. He and his worker, Matt, were diligent and kept us informed on everything during the process of the install. They went above and beyond in my opinion. They also installed a new thermostat, cold air return, and stayed late into the evening to ensure everything was performing properly. He was the best price, and was outstanding service. I highly recommend him to anyone and is worth every penny.

Patrick McGranahan of Cal Pacific Heating and Air Conditioning does great work. We could not be happier with our new heating and air conditioning units. He was consistently dedicated to making us happy. His bid for our job was the best price we had received. It was great to work with such a solid small business.
