I’ve given these guys more chances than they deserve. I don’t know what’s going on over there, but it has gone way way downhill. Service is horrible. There’s one girl behind the counter that’s going to get beat up if she talks to the wrong customer the way she does. I met one of the owners a while back when they fired the manager but they sure aren’t doing anything about improving the restaurant. Done with this one. Oh yeah. The 2 loud old ladies that eat their every Tuesday? Why can’t you ask them to quiet down. They ruin lunch for everyone. Today I stood in line behind 1 person for 7 minutes. Never got to eat.

No stars. If it doesn’t take them 15 minutes at the actual drive through box to take your order, it will take you 25 minutes at the actual window to get your food. But not only will you get it 25 minutes later, it will be missing half of your food, or it will be wrong. No customer service at all, even with me being as polite as ever, I don’t even get a «have a good night». Actually I would take a grunt over silence and them shoving bags through my window. How is this place still in business?

Went to Carls’ on the way home, needed a quick bite on Halloween Night. On the Road. Gentleman running the shift, a senior. . was polite, got our order right, and even treated us to some premium chocolates. Service was good, restaurant clean, food hot. Will stop by again and have some Poppers!

No stars! Horrible experience. Never again. Avoid! Terrible service and over priced fast food. Did I say horrible?

Worst Carl’s drive through ever! It used to not be too bad but in the last couple months in stuck in the drive thru at least 15 minutes it’s so bad people turn off their cars some even get out and walk around. It’s absolutely terrible I hope management looks at this and is able to correct whatever is going on here

This particular location is gross. Doesn’t matter what time of day or night you go, almost everything on the menu is gnarly. The burgers are all either pre-​made or just lazily not cooked all the way because not exaggerating, out of every 10 burgers, regardless of the one you order, 7 of them won’t have been cooked hot enough for the cheese to have melted at all and the bread is clearly stale. Now I’m not talking like its hot but not to my particular liking. I mean every time I go to this location everyone that gets a sandwich asks if I took the long way home because they are not warm at all and the cheese looks like you put it on a cold sandwich rather than a hot burger. The coke is always half-​flat and tastes like its been left out for half a day so to be fair to the employees, the owner could just be cheap and not want to replace a faulty soda machine. The fries are usually close to room temp as well and their shakes all taste a lot like vanilla regardless of the flavor you get. I don’t know if the same person owns all of the locations but hates this one or what but stay away from this one. Go to either the one on farmers lane or by the airport theater in Windsor. Their burgers are still warm when you get home with melted cheese, the fries are usually hot, the coke is always fully carbonated, and the shakes actually taste like what you order. I thought if one was bad in a town then they were all bad but seriously go to the other ones. You wouldn’t believe the difference.

Nice to see a location in Pricey, CA that honors the national deals. Well, at least for the $ 5 Big Carl combo. The Famous Stars are 2 for $ 5 instead of for $ 4 here, and they don’t do the 2-​for-​3 breakfast biscuits. But otherwise the pricing is surprisingly similar to the less inflated parts of the country. No complaints w/​food or service, typical Carl’s location in all regards.

Every time i go here i receive really good service. I live a lot closer to the one off stony point road and i always go to this one… I will drive the extra 10 minutes for good service then spend my money where people are rude and racial. The manager here is really kind and very nice… I love this place. the employees are great.

Just popped in to this place for a quick bite while out running errands. I haven’t been to a Carl’s Jr in about 5 years, and now I know why…
Ice tea was undrinkable. Tasted like chemicals. Maybe I just got a bad batch or something, I’m not sure, but it was bad.
Burger patty didn’t look very fresh, more like it was cooked then kept under a waring light or something. Yuk. Oh and the slathering of mayo… I remembered I should have had them hold the mayo as it literally, and I mean literally, glopped out of the burger, around the paper holding the burger and on the table. This was beyond disgusting.
Fries were ok
What the hell?! I thought CJ’s was pretty good… maybe it was just this place. I’ll give a different location a shot and see what happens
