Clean place, attentive staff, fantastic food! I have been satisfied every time I come for a visit.

I can’t say enough good things about the employees at this location! Every single person is so genuinely nice and goes out of their way to make sure everything is okay and if there’s anything else they can do. Denise is the sweetest woman and is so nice! The food is also great but I am just very impressed with the customer service at this location.

I don’t really agree with posting reviews about fast food but this place is amazing!
The place is really clean and well taken care of, the staff is super friendly (even friendlier than some sit down restaurants), and the food is always amazing!
Don’t forget to ask for their Chick Fil A sauce! Delicious!

I come through the drive through more often then I want to admit. This is a staple in my grad school diet. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, and very very good at making sure they have your order just right. The food is always hot. always fresh. and the iced coffee is good if not better than starbucks, pete’s or darn near anywhere else.
I like all of their food, but my favorite is the spicy chicken sandwhich with extra pickles and mustard, with fries and buffalo sauce for dipping. They nail the crust of the chicken every time. I have never had a soggy or sad sandwhich. The fries 99% of the time are hot and fresh, and I have at times had to wait (patiently) for them to drop a batch, because they have standards.
I think they are a little more expensive than most of the fast food in the area, but — it’s totally worth it. It’s never ever hit or miss. Way to go!

Update. We got 3 sandwiches, 3 fries, coleslaw, chicken strips, and a Peach shake. All of the food was great except the fries. The fries seemed to be way over cooked and even dry. The last few times they were soft but never any flavor. I like that they are criss cross fries but won’t buy fries again. The rest was great, and they even put the toppings on the side in containers. I like that they have grilled chicken nuggets as well as many party platters including fresh fruit i will try sometime.

Awesome food. Amazing & accommodating staff. They are always pleasant even when orders are confusing. Love this place.

This is a great location! The food is always delicious, the employees are incredibly personable & helpful! There is nothing negative to say!!! We love chick-​fil-​a.

I also appreciate that they give you as many sauces as you would like. I’ve been to other establishments, (not mentioning names) that swear the sauces come out of their pay checks. Love Love this location! We came from out of town passing through & I felt right at home!!!

Convenient location, given being across the street from the junior college. Too bad parking is a problem, due to being by the JC. Service is fast. That’s good, especially with crowd. Food is mediocre. Nothing special.

This place has AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING service. I don’t think I’ve ever tipped someone working a drive thru before, but now I just have it ready. They are that good and consistent.
And the food is actually pretty good. The chicken actually looks like it came off of a chicken! And everyone was raving about the cookies. That thing has a TON of chocolate in it.
Someone in my office recently won their office business card drawing and they gave us lunch for everyone in the office! And it came in these great little lunch boxes with a sandwich, sauce, cookie, chips, mint and moist towelette. And don’t forget the gift cards for two more sandwiches. Great little promotion and it brought us all together for lunch. We really appreciate it!

Spicy chicken biscuit with honey, hashbrown nuggets, and a cookies n cream milkshake to jump start my morning!!! I really enjoy coming here and I hope that the menu will expand in the near future. Perfectly genuine customer service, makes this an outstanding experience!

Read what other have wrote, so I thought I’d share my opinion.
I rarely have a chance to eat at CFA, but I love the tasty food. I’ve never had dry chicken, and I never bite into hard pieces of God knows what, like at other places that serve chicken sandwiches.
The staff is excellent and friendly. If you dine in, they come around and ask if you want a refill. No other place makes guests feel this welcome. To the person who had a problem with your order, I don’t believe you.
The traffic on Mendo can be tedious, but, like all things, patience is a virtue. That’s not the restaurant’s fault. The layout is a bit funky, but turning left from the drive thru lane onto the main driveway to exit isn’t «extremely difficult.» I guess the person who said that either doesn’t drive or can’t drive well.
Anyway, that’s about all from me. I wouldn’t call this place healthy, even for fast food, but it is better quality than most have to offer.

By far the cleanest, friendliest, and best staff of any quick food restaurant around. I enjoy the chicken sandwich got the extra pickles I enjoy. While sitting at in the dining room I was offered help and assistance multiple times as I was on crutches it was appreciated, but this staff on every visit are kind and gracious be it dine in or drive thru.

Eh, Chicken. I don’t really understand the hype about this chain. Came here through the drive thru and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich without the bread (comes with tomato) $ 5 and an Arnold Palmer… my expectations and what I received were quite different. I got a chicken breast wrapped in lettuce with no tomato or anything else, and an iced tea without the lemonade. I am unimpressed with what this place has to offer. Nothing really made me want to come back here after this, don’t think I will since it wasn’t particularly memorable and the fact that my order was messed up…

I did not Unilocal my first bad experience with Chick-​fil-​A due to I chucked it off as a bad day, however my experience today was beyond bad. Today I purchased a Cobb salad with grilled chicken, I received the breaded chicken. I drove back to the restaurant to inform them and I was told it was a «customer error by Felicia» she was not customer friendly. I am very upset because she was NOT accommodating at all. I eat gluten free due to my allergy and have eaten at this restaurant at least 20 times since it has opened. I even asked for the store managers name and corporation number and both times I was denied. Very dissatisfied with CHICK-​FIL-​A.

Went in at 10:25am to get a biscuit. Waited in line for 10 minutes and was told breakfast was over and they were out of biscuits.

I had the pleasure of eating at this facility when I was younger and again a couple of years ago when I visited Southern California. Since its arrival to Santa Rosa, I have enjoyed several visits, via the drive-​thru, mind you.
While the Classic Sandwich is everything I remember, the waffle fries are awful. Most of the time they are soggy and cold. I’ve stopped ordering them because they are that bad. Do yourself a favor and order a side dish of cole slaw. It’s much better.
Other pluses:
*The staff, whom are super friendly.
*The speed through the drive-​thru, even though the line may be long at times, the cars still move through the line quickly.
Other negatives:
*Entering and exiting the restaurant is problematic as the traffic on Mendocino Avenue is quite heavy due to the proximity to SRJC and other establishments. Left turns out of the driveway are extremely difficult.
Comparatively to other fast food restaurants, Chick-​fil-​A is A-​OK.

I’ve been craving on some chicken biscuit and waffle fries since the last time I had Chick-​Fil-​A … which was in Florida about a decade ago.
Unfortunately, the experience here didn’t live up to my memory. The chicken breast was shaped the same, but way more dry and flavorless. I had to slather it in mayo to get in down. The waffle fries, sadly, are not crisped at all. They’re like crummy Oreida oven-​baked in that they have a colder, mushy center that is unappealing.
Dunno if it’s the same cost-​cutting that is striking other chains or if they’re just afraid to fry stuff properly in some Paula Deen oil up here in Healthyfornia, but it was a big letdown.

This review is based on my many trips here for breakfast, lunch, and after dinner shakes for treats…
I guess you could say I’m a shake-​a-​holic. I don’t care for chocolate, or vanilla. Nope! I’m a sucker for strawberry, and I have my favorite joints for strawberry shakes, but I wont mention them here out of respect… But here at Chick-​fil-​a, they make one mean Peach shake! One of the best shakes in town if you ask me!!!
I also really love their chick-​n-​biscuts with honey for breakfast. mmm
and I love their Original Chicken sandwiches for lunch! there’s something so great about them. The bread, and chicken is so moist, and juicy, and the pickles ever so slightly sweet, and tangy! I just love this place! Oh, and the people who work here are oh so friendly!!!

Chick-​fil-​A here is small compared the mansion spread in walnut creek.
lay out looks like a squished in and out. this place is even smaller than the santa rosa in and out.
eats: fried chicken nuggets (8 pieces/3.45) grilled a $ 1 more, 100 less calories
–real whole pieces of chicken breast meat used. tender, small
–honey mustard sauce tasted natural, not like franken sauce.
–food hand delivered to me, not called out by number nor name
–ready in minutes

–pricing higher than competitors, probably worth it
better ingredients and smiling, quick service.
