I recently purchased a printer/​copier for my Santa Rosa based business and am beyond impressed with the level of service my team and I have received. Ross was so thoughtful and thorough while explaining my options. I used to have my post cards and other print material printed off-​site. I can now do my own in-​house printing of promotional items. I also used to purchase ink 2 – 3 times/​month. I would run down to Staples each time my copier would say ink cartridge low. I am now saving so much time and money with Common Sense! Rita, the technician that set up our unit was fabulous as well-​so sweet and helpful! I can not think of one area they need to improve in. I highly recommend Common Sense Business Solutions.

I have had the pleasure of working with Common Sense Business Solutions for the past five years. I own a bookkeeping firm in Santa Rosa and we rely heavily on our copier and scanning equipment. We lease a Konica Minolta Multi– Function copier, and have a full service agreement with Common Sense Business Solutions. Sometimes it can get crazy in our office, especially during tax season. Anytime we have questions or needs for service Rita and CSBS Crew are right there to come to our aid. The response is always timely and everyone is pleasant and professional. I just wanted take a moment to highly recommend CSBS for anyone looking for a great local copier company.
