Daniel Data has now merged with Simple Office Solutions and I will never, ever, go back.
I brought my laptop in for some work as it kept freezing up on me. Figured it would take a couple of days, and they confirmed this when I dropped it off.
A full 7 days after I dropped it off, I hadn’t heard anything and started calling them. I had to fight to get any information, and what information I did receive was ever-​changing. Two different techs kept telling me two different things, so either they’re bold-​face liars or they’re so disorganized they have no idea which machine goes to which customer. So sad, I loved my experience in January with Daniel Data :(

I brought my notebook computer in after contracting the dreaded XP Antivirus virus. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They advised me on how best to avoid viruses and their opinion of the best virus software. They removed the virus and installed new software all in about 4 hours.
