There’s no one in here yet I’ve been here over an hour and a half. Not sure what these people are doing behind the counter? This is just horrible service, really sad that this is what our tax dollars are used for. It would seem like the managers would look out and say hey people aren’t moving lets get numbers going. This is just bad.

This DMV itself isn’t bad. If you make an appointment, there is usually no more than a 5 minute wait. If you try to just walk in, prepare to hang out there all day.
This review is about a particular visit, the woman who helped me was not only rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot, but incompetent enough to lose the release of liability from a car I sold. Yeah, you read that right. She LOST my release of liability. Normally I guess that wouldn’t be a huge deal, except the guy I sold my car to was a psycho who accused me of rolling back the odometer and began threatening me. Not only that, but according to this employee, the car was registered under a different name from the guy I sold it to. So he either sold it without registering it or gave me a false name. Either way, this whole ordeal was a mess. Oh wait, it gets better. I received 6 FasTrak toll violations on the car after it was no longer in my possession. Because the rude DMV lady lost my release of liability, this was much more difficult to resolve. After 3 more trips to the DMV, 5 phone calls and a 20 page fax to the FasTrak toll office, I finally got everything sorted out.
Save yourself the trouble and get a timestamped copy of everything, especially if you’re helped by the bitchy older woman with long white hair.
