He is truly an amazing Doctor. He helped my Dad out after seeing a whole lot of doctors he had him home in less than a week feeling much better. We truly recommend him.

I saw Dr. Dhar for the first time in 2013. After speaking with me he said «you have bad Karma and that is the source of your problems because the company you work for went to Iraq and killed all those innocent people». I was shocked and just stood there in a stunned silence, trying to make sense did this doctor really just say that to me? In that space of time he just looked at me. Then, as my anger rose and I got the courage to start letting him have it, he said «oh, i was just kidding». Needless to say I would never go back to him. For anything.

First, Andrew who left a post dated ¹⁄₁₂ must be senile and not understanding what it is to have a fantastic staff as well as the best Cardiologist in the world. I have been seeing Dr Dhar for 6 years and he is the best Cardiologist anyone could have. He is not only professional, caring, and excellent at what he does but is also a fantastic person. He has dealt with all my heart issues, and I have had a number over the years, with amazing result. His staff are a reflection of Dr Dhar. They treat you like family and are the most caring and attentive group from reception up to the nurses. You could NOT find a better environment to take care of you.

I am almost a professional patient at this point in that I take my healthcare very seriously and am picky about my choices. I saw a mention made of some problems with Dr. Dhar’s staff. I did have a glitch while checking in during a subsequent visit and Dr. Dhar called me at home that night to apologize for the problems.
He is one of the finest physicians I have ever encountered. He is a top notch cardiologist who is passionate about his specialty. I think he is brilliant. He is an inventor with several patents to his credit for innovative cardiac devices. His bedside manor is warm, friendly and concerned. I feel very fortunate to have found him, especially in a smaller metropolitan area like mine. If I had to move to San Francisco, I would continue to drive and hour to see him. I trust his judgment implicitly and that is about as high praise as a doctor can receive in my book.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Dhar and found his staff to be very friendly and helpful. Dr. Dhar listened to me very carefully and asked many pertinent questions. I found him to be very friendly and down to earth. Two days after my visit I received a detailed report of my visit by e-​mail, some thing that has never happened before. I was also told that I could e-​mail any questions I might have and I would receive an answer within a day or two. This is also something I look forward to since in the past the only way I could get information was to make an appointment and I live 2 hours away. So far I am very pleased with Dr. Dhar and look forward to having him as my cardiologist.

Dr. Sanjay Dhar is my cardiologist. He is also the cardiologist for all our family members. He is very caring, thoughtful and respectful of all our wishes and healthcare requirements. I don’t have words to express my debt I have for him. I wish and pray that he continues to practice forever. Infact several of my family members have moved to his practice from other cardiology practices. His staff is the best and very caring. The other review wrtitten by Mr. A should be deleted and he should have his brain scanned. Maybe you won’t find anything in it. God Bless him and his staff. Thank you Dr. Dhar.

I cannot speak to Dr. Dhar’s performance as a cardiologist, but I can say that my experiences with his clerical staff were just terrible.
I was treated so rudely and disrespectfully by one of his employees that I walked out of his office and canceled the check I wrote for the co-​payment. In my experience, any physician who allows their support staff to speak to patients in a rude and unprofessional way is not someone who I want to have provide health care to me.
One of the reasons why I pay extra for a health insurance policy which allows me to choose my providers is so I can select physicians who pay attention to how their staff interact with their patients. I look forward to working with another cardiologist in my area whose staff treats paying patients in a pleasant and respective manner.
