I was appalled at the cleanliness and customer service or lack of here. I was waiting in line and noticed that after taking people’s money the man working was going straight to making bagels and not washing his hands in between touching money and touching people’s food! So when it was my turn he took my order took my money and I asked him if he could please wash his hands he instantly said no but you can leave ! Raised his voice and everything I explained I have been observing and money is dirty I don’t want my food to have those germs that’s how people get sick he said we put gloves on so he walks over puts a glove on one hand and the other he doesn’t put one on but still is holding the bagel with his un gloved hand beyond disgusting. And I think they know this too why would he yell at me that I can leave just over a simple request to wash your hands the customer is always right but not at this bagel spot.

The most delicious, fluffy, moist donuts I’ve ever had. They taste so fresh and delicious. I don’t mind the 50 cent card fee because the donuts are so dang tasty!

Not a huge donut guy myself but after stopping here to pick up donuts for the office I must say they serve not only tasty fresh donuts but breakfast sandwich’s and bagels as well for a very good price.

Came here to try the donuts because of the Unilocal reviews. They were good, but nothing special. Was really disappointed by the lack of creativity. Where is someone making extra special, creative donuts in the Santa Rosa area?

Let me start by saying these are some of the best in Sonoma County!
I have tried almost everything on the menu and there hasn’t really been
anything I didn’t like. I usually go in the morning so I get them Fresh.
But the Chocolate they use is not the best I have ever had and am
not a Fan. there is a bit of a communication issue some times.
But the main reason for 4 stars is the last time I went They gave me
an apple fritter left over from the pervious day and when I asked
about it they told me it was fresh… it was rock hard.
Overall it is one of the best but just cant give it 5 stars.

I stopped by at this shop earlier this morning for the first time and man have I been missing out on some bomb ass doughnuts!!!
There doughnuts are so fresh and deeeelicious!!! And the croissants are HUGE ! This is now my num 1 spot for doughnuts. My 2nd spot is jelly doughnut on dutton ave. :)

This place is great! The donuts are really good, they open early and the best part is their breakfast sandwiches. They cater to a fast pace clientele, so if u are in a rush… this is the spot to go without sacrificing quality. I recommend this place vs all the other donut places in Santa Rosa.

I love this place, they are family owned and make the best doughnuts and bagels. Even when the line is long they move fast. The only thing I wish is that they had a espresso machine so I didn’t have to stop at Starbucks for coffee.
5 stars all the way!

We go here at least a few times a week. I love their bagels n croissants. My kids love their donuts. It is always freshly made. The coffee is also very good n the owners r very friendly. I used to go to Sonoma valley bagels but since I found this place we have never been back to Sonoma valley bagel becuz the bagels here taste better.

Best maple old-​fashion donut I’ve had in Santa Rosa! It wasn’t greasy and was light and fluffy and only .75! I’ll definitely be back!

Best donuts in Santa Rosa. I’m very picky about my donuts, as you’ll see.
While I love maple donuts, I don’t think their maple is maple-​y enough. Despite that, I still gave them 5 stars. I regularly go in and get one raised sugar donut and one raised glazed. The raised donuts are fresh and airy. The donuts here don’t sit in a pool of glaze that has dripped down the middle like I see at other places. The «pool of glaze» I’m talking about happens a lot with raised maple — I don’t know if the frosting is put on when the donut is too warm, too cold, or if there’s something wrong with the frosting itself, but I think it’s gross.
I went in one time and lucked out and got donuts that were still warm — they were as close to a foodgasm as I’ve gotten in a long time.
I’ve had the cake donuts, and they’re good — a solid 4 stars. But the raised donuts? Those are killer and are made the way donuts should be made.

I went in at 1pm to get bagels for breakfast this week. They were sold out! Next time I will get there much earlier! I did get a croissant which I have to say was absolutely delicious and rivals the best that I’ve had elsewhere. Light, flaky and buttery without feeling heavy on the stomach. I will most definitely be back because my homemade cream cheese is screaming for a bagel, the one thing that I have yet to perfect ;-).

TYPICAL donut begal shop nice to have one that is so close and is not star bucks But I will say the donuts here are always soft fresh never tasted like a 2 day old donut. Great spot

simply Ah-​MAZING!!! love this place. So excited when it finally opened! they seem to be open all day and night. seriously, im talking early early morning till 9 or 10 at night. handsdown best bagel ever! every flavor ive tried so far was fantastic, even the plain is bursting with flavor. perfect amount of cream cheese. looking forward to trying the breakfast sandwiches. she also has lunch time sandwiches as well. her croissants are freaking ginormous and superb. her donuts are super yummy… she even had heart ones for valentines :) She is good at remembering return customers… Ima big big fan! dangerous to be so close to my house i think…
