He’s in Santa Rosa. Excellent customer service, fast and friendly. He did all the right things as far as ask for my identification proving I lived at the address. He was there is less than 15 minutes, he was less expensive an anyone else I called for a quote. I was going to have to wait at least 90 minutes for every other place I called. A BIG THANK YOU and I get to go on with my day. Do yourself a favor and call here first.

Needed to change out 15 doorknobs and locks. I hired this company to install the hardware I had already purchased. They charge a set fee per lock installation, regardless of time to install. I caught the locksmith pocketing the new striker plates I had purchased to save himself time. He did not complete the job I was paying him for. He said he didn’t think the striker plates were important. I’m the client, if I’ve paid for parts you don’t get to decide they aren’t important and pocket them! The old striker plates were gold and the new doorknobs and locks are silver so the mismatch was obvious! When I asked the locksmith to hand over the striker plates two were missing (I think he had already thrown them out in the trash with the hardware packaging). I had to buy more parts and I finished installing the striker plates on my own. The locksmith did not reduce his price even though he did not complete the job!
