Unprofessional. Contacted them regarding a business window decal, emailed the info the same day as discussed then never heard from them again… Emailed a second time following up, called numerous times on numerous days (always got the voicemail) and even went to their shop mid-​day on a Monday and no one was there.

I ordered a couple of shirts through this company at their booth during Wednesday night market and was impressed with the exceptional service and product. I believe the man that helped me was mike and he completely walked me through step by step on the design of my shirts. He even emailed me to show me drafts and to make sure that I approved and was satisfied before they went into printing. Above and beyond service, super cheap. easy process, and shirts turned out great and my friends and I are completely happy with the results! May go back and get a new shirt every Wednesday night market!

Had Epic put a clear strip of vinyl over my 2011 Mustang 5.0 radio glass display as they are always destroyed the moment you wipe them off with the so much as the softest microfiber cloth!
NOW, Thanks to Waldo, I have a fully gorgeous glass view and no unsightly streaks. Great work and located in the best Tint Shop in Sonoma County & this is my 3rd vehicle outfitted by these guys!

awesome!!! i had 2 days to get some support decals made up for 4 vehicle because my brother-​in-​law is being deployed to afghanistan. not only did the decals look awesome but they got and e-​mail with pics and an idea at 10 – 30 a. m on a thursday and had them ready by 12 – 30 pm the next day!!! waldo and his crew got the skills and the customer service all buisnesses should have. 100% grade a. thank guys and will return for more decals soon!!!

By far the best and most reasonably priced vinyl graphics shop in the bay area. I have been going to this place for my vinyl sign or custom vinyl stuff for a decade. Try them out, you’ll go back.

These guys are fantastic. I randomly found that they do all the race car work for TRG in Petaluma. I had them design, cut and install the vinyl graphics on my own race car. Was way better (and reversible!!) than painting and less expensive as well.
I recommend them for all commercial (signs, windows, vehicles, anywhere) and private installations.
Pricing is great and service is even better! Talk to «Waldo» 707.578.8200, he’s the owner and turns out to be a good artist too.
