Everything Cycles

Both times I have taken my teenaged boys bicycles for minor repair and the owner is so gracious and helpful. Not only did he do the repair quickly, he showed one of my boys how to fix his issue in the future. I appreciate having a local, down to earth shop where all types of bicycles are welcomed (not just the high end «cyclist» types).

I stopped in passing just to get some air and Ben took really good care of me. First and foremost, his pump is the best pump I have ever used. I’m currently on tour through California and he took a genuine interest in my bike and my needs. I appreciated the attention he gave me and the other people that would come in while we were talking. He runs his shop by himself with honest hard work, integrity and lots of elbow grease. He sets the bar high for what a bicycle shop can be. He gave me a great deal on the labor and parts that I ended up purchasing. I am very pleased with my experience at Everything Cycles

It’s great to have a neighborhood bicycle repair shop in the neighborhood again. Everything cycles is service and repair oriented. Yes, they do have bikes for sale. But we have used them primarily for repairs and service on my two son’s bicycles. I particularly like how they have a stand right up front where customers can be shown exactly what the problem is and what the options are for taking care of the problem.
Ben is a great guy; very service oriented, explains things thoroughly, and provides different options. He truly loves being in the shop, helping customers, and fixing bikes. I cannot recommend his shop more highly.

I called ahead to make sure they carried the supplies necessary to fix the flat tire on my BOB stroller and they did. I went in and in less than 10 minutes they had completely fixed the tire. Ben was great. He thoroughly explained my options and even showed me where the thorn caused the damage. He was also super friendly and engaged with my son (who thought he was rather entertaining). Awesome customer service, I would highly recommend them!

Very helpful and prices are great!!! I took my BOB stroller in because the wheel had popped, and he fixes it in 10 minutes and I was out the door. Will go back for sure. Hard working owner.

I took my Specialized Roubaix in for a tune-​up and new tires. Ben had time right then to work on my bike. He showed me a few things to look for on wear-​and-​tear issues. He was most helpful and very friendly. He even offered to be a bike mechanic for my Rotary Club’s Giro Bello bike ride next June 25^th. Totally awesome. I HIGHLY recommend Ben and Everything Cycles.

I couldn’t have been more pleased. The expertise, honesty, knowledge, went beyond what I expected. The customer service was top notch! If anyone needs their bike repaired, this is the place to go!!!

I went to this shop because my chain fell off and got jammed between my frame and cog set. Ben was able to fix it, in addition to adjusting my derailer to prevent further incidents. He was knowledgable, very nice, and I’ll Definitely come back.

I saw Ben at Everything Cycles again, and he did an absolutely awesome job for me on not only my bike, but my wife’s Bob stroller that kept getting flat tires. He worked quickly, and kept me up to date on every step of the process. His fees are incredibly reasonable, and he is great to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Everything Cycles

Hi, my name is Reza and I have taken my bicycles to this bike shop and I have been very happy. The owner, Ben, is so nice, polite and friendly, an honest man. He fixed my bikes fast, with a very reasonable charges. I strongly recommend everything cycles. Ben will take his time answering all your questions about bikes.

I had a flat rear tire on my recumbent. I had a sharp rivet go through my kevlar tire with plastic protection and thorn proof tube. Ben worked on my tire. Ben put up my recumbent on his bike clamps. I think at first he thought it wouldn’t work, but it did. He told me he had to work on another customer 1^st. I didn’t have to wait long. He told me some tips to fix a flat. (Use Windex) He put a new tube, tire sealant, and a new kickstand rubber boot. Very nice guy and his wife was nice also. It was closing time and I thought I would have to wait another day. He also oiled the chain. Great service. Worth the price to have him fix me up.

my bike has been in the garage for 2 years so I brought it into Ben for a «tune-​up.» I expected to pay around $ 100. for any and everything that had to be done to it. Ben said come back in 10 minutes and filled the tires with air, greased up the chain, charged me $ 15.00 and I left a very happy girl. I am taking the time to write this review as not only was he very pleasant but honest enough not to take advantage of my ignorance! Now I will use him for my biking needs and sing his praises!

I brought in my classic centurion into Ben for some custom work i needed done. It was a very good experience and I will do a follow up when the job is done. Thanks you Ben for the honest and am sure the great work…

I have lived and biked in Santa Rosa for years and I am done with that other place downtown. That place has an employee that lied to my face this morning saying they have no bikes for me that cost less than $ 500 and I went and looked at their bikes and saw about five or so bikes that looked suitable for less than $ 500. The one in front of the door was even going for $ 100!!! Clearly this greeter was trying to hustle me. Egocentricity and greed should not be qualities to look for in any employee if the business is seeking a positive image, sustainability and respect from the public.
Unlike those «Peddlers» Ben at Everything Cycles knows his merchandise and struck me as an honest and decent human being. He wasn’t concerned with upselling me; he presented me with options in my price range and even told me about his great used/​refurbished bikes which was right up my alley. I didn’t want to get anything new in the first place. I just got sick of dealing with shady people selling «used» bikes on Craigslist and am so thankful I decided to check out Everything Cycles!
Ben hooked me up with an awesome refurbished American made bicycle for $ 150! It’s in great condition with many new parts, beautiful, rides great and he even made me test it out before ringing me up for it!!! He then (still pre-​purchase) made all the size adjustments for me and installed the U-​Lock latch. He told me about complementary services he would provide in case anything short of a major accident comes up. He went above and beyond which is what good people do.
I plan on only going to Everything Cycles for now on!

I had a brake repaired on my sons bike. Since it was just an average kids bike, i was first reluctant to get into a bike shop at all. Well, I am glad I did, because Ben repaired the bike for a very reasonable cost, that makes it almost not worth tinkering with bike repairs myself.
It’s great to have such a business in the neighborhood — there are quite a few bike shops in Santa Rosa, but most cater to enthusiasts or want to sell new ones. Everything cycles just keeps you on the road with what you have.
Yes, they do have new bikes, as well as restored used bikes for sale as well. And the black dog on the business card really runs around in the store :-).

The owner-​operator is a really nice guy and knows a lot about biking. This store just started up and while it may not look nice just yet, all of my bike repairs and adjustments have been done either to or beyond my expectations. I’d recommend this bike store to anyone because it specializes in every kind of biking style. You might just learn a thing or two about cycling as well! The prices are very reasonable and the location of this place is perfect because it’s the closest shop for miles. This store has potential and you should definitely check it out!

It is great to have a friendly bike shop in Rincon valley. The owner was excellent and prompt and replying to a question I had. Furthermore when I went in, he was extremely friendly.
For anyone thinking about dusting off a bike, go by and get it tuned up! Very convenient location for those going to anadel or just on a ride out to sonoma.
