I went to FountainGrove MedSpa for Botox and Filler. Dr. Singh made it a wonderful experience, and the results were FANTASTIC. I get complimented daily for the smoothness and healthy looking skin I now have. I paired her surgery with their SkinMedica line, and my skin has never looked better! The Botox and Filler look so natural, and everyone is shocked to even hear that I have had work done. She does a great job, and she makes it quite the relaxing environment and as painless as possible. I will never go to another doctor for cosmetic surgery.

I have been getting Botox treatments for the past 20 years. I was happy with my results. Then I met Dr. Singh and realized what a truly AMAZING Botox result could look like. Dr. Singh is not only a Dr. but an artist! Now I realize it’s not just the injection it’s how it is placed and where it is placed. That takes true talent. Trust me not every Dr. has this skill.
My forehead was so smooth after her injections. There was absolutely no bruising or pain during the treatment. I do not look frozen or plastic, I just look like a younger, better version of myself.
I live in Reno, Nevada Dr. Singh is in Santa Rosa, California. She is so good that «yes» I do drive 4 and a half hours just to get my Botox!
If you have ever considered doing Botox or are not happy with what you have tried in the past call FountainGrove MedSpa and get a treatment. You will not be sorry. I have never looked better.
On another note I asked Dr. Singh about fillers and she told me I didn’t need them. I appreciated her honesty. I believe she has the patients best interests at heart.
