Garzini charged me $ 1,000 for a linoleum floor in my darkroom. Soon after installation, the seams peeled back and separated. I repeatedly called him to come and repair it. He finally came out and looked at it and said he would take care of it.
He never came back. Several YEARS have gone by and neither my contractor nor I could get him to make good on this. So finally I gave up trying.
