Without John at JC Lewis I would be in big trouble. John has saved me many times battling with Covered CA and Kaiser. It’s been nothing but problem after problem and John is fast to help me get it figured out. He fights for his clients and he always knows what to do. I’ve dealt with both Jeremy and Ben at JC Lewis Insurance and they both were beyond helpful. My mother and sister both dealt with John and he was also very helpful. In the mess of the new covered California policies its nice to have someone on your side and this whole company is just wonderful. Due to the changes in the health care system I recently needed help to navigate through the chaos that is covered California. I was fortunate enough to speak with Ben at JC Lewis. Through many pleasant conversations he was able to gauge my wants and present me with the options available to me and my family. I found his manner very pleasant and professional. John Lewis set up my current office health plan. I am a small account but you wouldn’t know it with the great service I get. If I have any problems with the health insurance company he goes right to bat for me and gets things settled. No problems and more importantly very little of my time. He really knows what he is doing and guides me when my knowledge is not adequate to make good decisions. I would give more than five stars if I could.
