RIp off — Asked for chicken burrito and i literally had 4 peices of chicken in that thing — WAY WAY TOO MUCH SOUR CREAM AND BEANS. I had tried it once before and thought i would try again. to see. maybe it was a different day. But no
Place is clean though

Best Mexican food in the area. Cheap, friendly, fresh, authentic, and DELICIOUS.
Huevos anything is great. Burritos are great. Salsas are great.
Would probably drive out of my way to eat here.

Placed an order for pick up on a lazy Sunday when cooking wasn’t an option. Took about 15 minutes for our order. When picking it up we discovered our order was wrong. They fixed it right away and sent us on our way. My boyfriend unfortunately forgot to get us some salsa so I didn’t get to experience any of that. I got a wet vegetarian burrito. O man! It was amazing! The flavors were so rich and the green sauce was delicious. This is by far my new favorite Mexican food place. I will be back soon!

Hella good. Veggie friendly — rice sans chicken stock and all beans (whole, refried, black) lard free. Worth a stop.

Fresh delicious and fast you have got to try their shrimp enchiladas in green sauce my absolute favorite!

Live only a few blocks away and my boyfriend and I have been here a few times. Great food, amazing service that is beyond friendly. Prices are decent with generous serving sizes. All in all we’ve enjoyed every time we’ve been here. We will definitely be back.

Great service and great food. Prices were decent too. Chips come with salsa bar and Refried beans for dipping too.
Had the chili verde plate and the combo plate with shredded beef enchilada and carnitas taco. Chili verde and carnitas were the standouts for sure.
All the salsas were great and rice and beans as well.

We go to Los Arcos every week or two. They have my absolute favorite al pastor out of any restaurant. It’s shredded, so flavorful and has no fat on it. Their salsas are very good and fresh. The owner is nice and usually comes out and says hello. They have the same few employees who are always there with a smile. The restaurant is clean. Every dish we’ve gotten is delicious. They even have margaritas! Our favorite little Mexican restaurant.

Amazing food. Fish tacos were Not fried but moist and delicious. Owner was friendly and helpful!

So I came here because I’m in Norcal for work and I wanted Mexican food. So I found this place. It was the highest rated place on Unilocal nearby. I figured I’d get good Mexican food. NOPE! I was wrong. They don’t even have hand rolled tortillas. I can’t believe it was rated so high.

Too bad. My wife have been coming here since your open. Food vs. Cost, there are much better options.

Los Arcos catered a wedding I was in last summer and I really enjoyed their food. When the opportunity came about to try their food from the restaurant we jumped at the chance. The place is tiny. Not many tables at all. We decided to get take out and when I go back I’d do takeout again. The woman at the counter was super friendly and the owner was in the back. It’s always nice to see the owner at his business working along with others. I appreciated that they had healthier menu options. I ordered their salad and added grilled chicken. It was really tasty. My husband had their super burrito and requested it wet. It was a large burrito and he was very happy with it. The chips are so tasty and the salsa and really fresh I’d definitely go back in the future and recommend it for more catering events to friends.

I ate here while visiting Santa Rosa for a youth hockey tournament. I had two al pastor and two chile verde tacos. The al pastor had great flavor. I only wish the salsa was a little hotter. They serve beer, wine and margaritas.

It’s not very often that you go to a restaurant and the person/​owner pictured on the menu serves you your food, but when it happens, you know it’s a place that cares about food and the people that come in to eat it.
This is delicious and affordable Mexican food that will leave you feeling good in many ways.

Expensive Mexican food restaurant had reasonable prices a year ago.
Chips bland /​stale and salsa small selection either super hot or mild, no chipotle flavor.

Uh, so this what the north bay thinks is Mexican food?
It’s been three days since I’ve gone and the stink of disappointment still remains.
Everything (nachos, fajitas, and tacos) lacked any sort of flavor. It was overpriced for the quality, but I’ll give it to them, the portions were huge. It didn’t matter how much food we had though because we all ended up wasting more food.
It just wasn’t good.
Santa Rosa, get your shit together.
This place gets two stars though, because shout out to our fantastic server who was on top of her game with the service.

Salsa bar could be better

I was happy with my experience here. I went in before the lunch crowd on a weekday. I’m a sucker for salsa bars so the Unilocal reviews intrigued me. I took a picture of it to share. I was a little worried when several reviews mentioned there wasn’t much heat available in the food or the salsa bar, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a carnitas super burrito — no rice, black beans and jalapeños. As others have mentioned, I didn’t find the carnitas to have a great crust, but it was flavorful. The burrito was exactly as ordered and came with chips.
There was a hot salsa in the salsa bar as well as a creamy green with a medium spice level, pickled jalapeños, mild salsa verde and pico de gallo. While the hot sauce has a good heat, if you want habenero-​level heat, you’ll need your own sauce. I thought the burrito was very good, but I’ll go back and try other things to see if another meat, like the al pastor, might be more to my liking.
The service was wonderful — friendly and professional. I loved that they got my order perfectly right and were so welcoming.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff! Food arrived promptly after ordering and tasted delicious! Definitely would come back!
